The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Great news - good luck to all LTH's.
I wonder if we will hear about an MM share purchase same time tomorrow. Good old Lord Allen - if my pockets were as deep as his I would be doing exactly the same :)
I stumbled across this on Youtube last night and thought it was interesting viewing as there is a particular emphasis on THG Nutrition and its potential moving forward. Link below -

Its been death by 1000 cuts for us THG LTHs over the past 2 months. Its easy to forget why we are all invested here in the first place against a constant barage of negative sentiment much of which is self inflicted by THG's lack of communication to the market. AlthoughTHG Nutrition flatlined in H1 its potential to grow still remains enormous through new markets ( growing US, Far East etc), new parnerships (Perfect Day vegan) and new channels ( Iceland etc). Its easy to see why THG Nutrition is a strong aquistion target for PE or a multi national. If such an event takes place lets hope this benifits us LTHs. GLA - its going to be an interesting few months ahead.
Boom - I am really sorry to read that you have been forced to close out this morning. You have been a great contributor to this board and I have always enjoyed reading your threads. I hope you have a great holiday and can try and put behind what has been a woeful time for us all. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and who would have predicted today's price 3 months ago. What's even more incredible is that the share price was £6.62 less than 12 months ago even allowing for the usual caveats of macro economic conditions, poor IR etc. I hope that you find a way back as you might miss the joy that is being a THG shareholder. :)
Great to see a more positive vibe on the board today and less flim flam from the phantom flim flam flingers from old London town :)
Great comedy value to be had today by reading all of the shorters \ derampers posts - Flim Flam Fantastic.....
Rodney and SP 100% agree *Advfn has become a complete cesspit. This is a great board with lots of very knowledgeable and committed long term holders and let's keep it that way. Rodney - loved the joke about shopping at Asda. I was going to add that Lord Allen with his paper loss might still be shopping at Waitrose but his Butler is now on a 4 week notice. Have a good weekend all and enjoy the sunshine.
Rodney I'm with you! Boom great to see you back.
Boom - sorry to hear that! Hopefully you will miss the joy that is being a THG shareholder and re consider your position soon :)
I am right with you AS1 and am currently on my third Stella nursing a similar paper loss today! I think Boom started even earlier at lunchtime. As you say life goes on and tomorrow is another day. Stay strong all LTHS our time will come.
Cantona -100% agree. It's been a tough couple of days but still firmly believe patience will be rewarded here. I for one will be keeping my pecker up! Here's looking forward to a more positive rest of the week.
Agreed Rodney its just a case of holding the line. I like you have a substantial holding in THG but am not too stressed about the events of the past 24 hours. The plot thickens and the only thing you can say with absolute certainty is no one here knows what the final outcome will be. However as a committed LTH I am wholly confident we will be duly rewarded soon. Ps I hope you didn't end up selling a kidney last week to buy more shares :)
AS - wise words and totally agree.
Thanks for all of the great posts over the weekend - you guys certainly have great stamina. Good to see the doomsters despatched with consummate ease. Good luck everyone and here's lookng forward to a great week ahead for us all.
Good luck to everyone today. Here's looking forward to our portfolios being worth considerably more by close of play at 4.30pm today.
Disappointed to read Matt Mouldings Mom (aka KJU) only came in at no 94 on the list...
I sold out at end of February and lost money but in hindsight it was the right descison as I would have lost more as it stands today. I think there is more chance of Lord Lucan making an appearance than the Maltese securitisations materialising.
Its good to see a few old faces posting on here today and I wish everyone luck with their investments. Wress I am glad to read that you have done well with Polymetal - fortune favours the brave ! I am now heavily invested in THG as I beleive a massive rerate in the share price will occur very soon.
Its great to see a steady increase in the SP today and long my this continue. Barchart are finally reducing there sell rating on THG. It has been stuck on 100% sell for the past 4 months plus and today we see this reducing to 40% sell -

Its also interesting to read that Kim Jong Un is possibly Matt Mouldings Mum, which coincidently happens to ryhme with Six Pounds to Be won. Good times are not far away....
Fair comment Hosai - I didnt think about averages...
Maybe we could invite a few special guests from the financial press to attend the event also.....
