Forgot to login so sadly suffered the sad persons ramblings. I've not purchased any gkp for about 6 months however at these prices I will have a little nibble and continue to wait till this plays out.

The looks like the clowns running the company have thrown the towel in. How come they haven't goven us investors the chance to pump money in with a share offering as I'm. Sure most would take it up.rather than complete wipe out. I hope a criminal investigation follows as this is looking very contrived to me.

I can't say I'm shocked and also sitting on 6 figure losses here for over 6 years to get to this stage is an utter farce , how can someone miss manage something so badly ? Even as recent as March this year we had the 30p spike wtf was taht all about ?? Guess those in the know a chance to escape with shirts in tact whilst us mugs get fleeced again. Everything is geared against us so screw you bond holders , I hope you dont get a penny back.

Vote no and oust the current incumbents.

Telling us weeks ago was little help to the long term investors who have been caught out on this scandal. Many things could easily have been done regarding the debt when the share price was £1.50 , £1.00 , 80p , 60p , 40p . 26p , 8p ..take your pick but they are in cahoots with the bondholders and have basically stolen a good company. The right down in asset value was more scare tactics and so would have been the threats of AL to force a Yes vote which itself destroyed any long term investor. FCA / Legal action needs to take place before our assets are sold for a fraction of actual value.

AL didn't give us a decision to make. I was already sitting on losses of 79% before he wanted me to shave off another 91% , for me my money was already gone with that deal on offer so admin or 91% dilution made no odds to me. I've lost a huge amount of money on this and it was all down to the deal offered up , if it had been even as much as 50% I think many would have voted it in but the BH wanted hold of the company...they will just now get it via admin but perhaps a few will take a hit like I have. Disgusting how the FCA has not launched a full investigation into this collapse , as shareholders we were not given major facts of events going on within the company an even in the last 2 weeks where we have blown another £200 million and had sudden "production issues" appear is a complete disgrace , your better off at a casino at least you see who is mugging you.

Pretty clear that the bondholders have seen the voting offers for what was a criminal offer and have halted proceedings while they contemplate what to do. It's a shame as the self greed they have shown coupled with the low share price meant that most private investors have already lost everything so the idle threats of AL we're pointless. Next move will be either administration or an improved offer / takeover.

Really sorry for anyone still caught up in the mess that is MXP. My first ever purchase was 26p and had high hopes with the NUR-1 drill into it basically took the company under. Ever since that fateful drill its just been problem after problem and I thankfully got out intact at the last spike over 2p and walked away. Hope they do manage to survive this but sadly I cant see it and someone will pickup some very cheap acreage as the debt and low oil prices has crippled the company.

Not looked into ENEG for a very long time and are shocked to see such a low share price. I think I sold out around 16p and had high hopes for this back then. Really feel for anyone who is still holding and hope it turns around for you. If any of the long termers could point me to whats gone wrong it would be appreciated.
