That would require a change to the protocol NOW, before Phase 1a could continue - might explain the delay. Of course, they may already be on C5 but just keeping it a secret.

I think you've sumarised it succinctly MB53. And this gives me comfort that, whist the two AVA6000 arms of the (proposed) Phase 1b trial may continue beyond 18 weeks out to 54 weeks (providing extra benefit for those in those cohorts and potentially in the doxorubicin cohort), up to 18 weeks may be the effective length of the trial before fast-tracking to approval and standard of care kicks in. As regards ramping up production, Avacta would have to get that started based on favourable early trial data or it could be a bottleneck!
