IF the amount of doxorubicin found in the tumour were to be low (but it isn't because AVA6000 is targeted to the TME) then, because side effects are low and cardiotoxicity is absent, just give it more frequently. Pfizer have approval for weekly doses of 20mg/m² of doxorubicin.
Or do you distrust Alan when he says therapeutically relevant amounts were found in the tumour across a range of dose levels?
