I don't know why and I don't know whether there will be others but it's not just a matter of click and go. No wonder the exemplified structure coverage in the patents is so extensive if the invention can be reduced to the core structure of a cleaving sequence R-(D-Ala-L-Pro)-X where X is the warhead and R can be ...almost anything?

It's clearly absolutely imperative that Avacta need to license out the pre|CISION pipeline if those prodrugs are going to make it to market before patent cover expires as they don't have the resources to do it themselves along with all the Affimer possibilities - and Big Pharma will know that.
It's a matter of when the tipping point of good news :about pre|CISION is reached. Could be this summer at ASCO after AACR. The question is: licence deal(s) or takeover?

LUKE, there are far too many variables and unknowns to use 'standard' numbers.
Also, the doxorubicin and AVA6000 TAMs do not overlap 100% - it's a FAP thing.
Also, AVA6000 is only set for the STS market. Clinical trials will be needed for other indications - regulatory authorities like proof - and those will be extensive trials for all indications where doxorubicin is not the current standard of care.

Just too many variables and unknowns to make estimating true value unless one is looking for a licence deal or to buy the whole company. I'm sorry for your lost hour.
