@Moneysponge, some points of clarification so that you don't repeat untruths.
Firstly, it is Affimers (no 'r' and capitalised as it is a registered name, and should strictly be written as Affimer® when referring specifically to the tech platform. (Registered name: the official or trademark name of something such as a product or company.) Also, something I've noticed: it is Alastair, not Alistair.
But most importantly for other investors' information, there is no way in hell we will be "selling £5bn+ per year in two years time." The pivotal Phase 2 study will only be for one or two STS sub-types. Consequently, approval would only definitely be given for use as first line standard of care for those subtypes. And sales would not rocket up to £5bn+ so soon anyway as a lot of things need to be organised and put in place - manufacturing, distribution, marketting, registration in other regulatory authority territories, and bureaucracy, bureaucracy, bureaucracy (c.f. Alastair's referrence to how slow the MHRA is). Finally, Avacta will need to contract most of this out so not all sales revenue will come to Avacta.
