@Nanomat, why is this SP slide not in the interests of SHs? It is a fact that Avacta will need funds to carry on the AVA6000 development. The SP does not represenr the value of a company. If shorters want to take the SP down, then LTHs can take advantage of the lower price.

The first dosing of the 3rd patient is the key point to announce by RNS because the end point of the cohort can then be predicted as four weeks hence if there is a two week observation period after the second and final dosing.

Why not RNS after the first patient has been dosed, as in previous cohorts? Because the 160mg/m² dosing level has already been signed off in Phase 1A1 as no MTD, as have all the other planned dosing levels: 200, 250, 310.

OMG! Where to start?!

Pfizer have a licensed weekly 20mg/m² doxorubicin. That is a third of the standard 60 dose, every week, so 60 over 3 weeks.

The FDA don't just give out product licences like sweeties because the drug regimen might work. The product licence application would have been backed up by trial data proving advantages over the standard 3 weekly regimen. Those advantages are: 1) better tolerated; and 2) more efficacious. The Avacta team said the same in the 13 December presentations.

The suggestion that Icecool is right about the need for the fortnightly study and the best way to get AVA6000 to patients in need and that the whole of the pharma industry is wrong is ...😂😂😂

For the sake of clarity, C7 has been completed and signed off by the SDMC as 'no MTD found'. That is the end of the Phase 1A1 dose escalation study.

Dosing, and assessment, continues for those patients whose cancers have not progressed, the same as is true for previous cohorts, including the man who had, at the time, a 65% reduction in tumour size.

Full Phase 1A1 dose escalation data will definitely be ready for AACR. Perhaps they are using this (plus more data/information?) to secure a spot at AACR? The dosing of Phase 1A1 cohorts is highly likely to continue beyond the time of AACR (April), so hopefully they will be able to also present as much of the long-term dosing and efficacy data as they can get together by April.

Four times if we include giving up on FAPi PET/CT scanning.

They have also hinted that there is something patent-protected in the pipeline. Given the one year allowed for filing patents around the world after first application, I'd say that it's touch and go whether that year will be up by the time of AACR. My guess is that it is a way to quantify the amount of active FAP in a patient - bombshell?!
