I wrote an early morning OP about two weeks ago in which I said AS, MM, etc are not your friends. They have their own agendas and are in it for their own ends, not yours. That post was removed pretty quickly. Congratulations to the perceptive people who reported it.

AS has lost all credability. No one can believe anything he says. For the tech platforms and Avacta's future, the company needs a new CEO, someone that can be trusted not to boost.

The previous RNSs confirming attendance at AACR, sent out late March stated that they would be posters. We await to see when this year's RNS comes out. If not in the next few days, then it'll be a poster presentation I should think.

Any idea from the submission deadlines when we would be likely to get an announcement that they'll be giving an oral presentation to a conference room?

Just an example section from the RNS. :

"The dose expansions are *expected* to begin in H2 2024 in the USA, followed by the Phase 2 efficacy study, *subject to funding and FDA approval*, which the Board considers to be a major value-driving event for the Group. The dose expansions are *expected* to be in several orphan indications including soft tissue sarcomas and the selection of these dose expansion indications will be informed by data from the ongoing two-weekly and three-weekly dose escalation studies."

Too many expectations. They run through the whole of the Avacta's RNS's and can all be disregarded as Avacta never meet their deliverables or timelines.

The way things are going it'll take 24 months to get Arm 2 started. And then there is Phase 1b, which was casually slipped into the RNS as if it had been there all the time.

He needs to explain the new AVA6000 clinical development plan and why the changes have occured.

Explain with honesty, not waffle.

Rather than speculating what the RNS may or may not have meant and what the company may or may not be doing, just email AS and demand clarity.

Maybe with the new funding they can now afford to start dosing the screened patients in the fortnightly study? Better late than never. Four months till the midyear deadline.

If they haven't found three suitable patients for the first cohort yet and that wasn't the reason for the non-start, then...
