Ffs… fat fingers again….JULY 26th
Apologies, that should read JUNE not July... the rest stands
He bought some shares on 26th June... but it's impossible to tell with any accuracy:
1. The price he paid on that day
2. The amount he bought to trigger the notification on that day
The reason there's no 'previous' position on the first RNS as he held under the 3% mark the day prior. That was 2.9999%, 0% or anything in between. The only way you're going to find out is by asking the man himself. This also applies to the 'why did he sell' on Aug 16th. Find him, ask him and post it here; otherwise it's useless speculation that signals nothing about the company, any possible RTO etc.
Don't take this badly Roger, but that post makes no coherent sense. Can you explain what you think is fishy, why, and how precisely you plan to 'look into' this (whatever 'this' might actually be) ?
Why not read the rns instead of guessing ?
The date on which the threshold was crossed was Aug 11th
It's falling because of the delay, not the going concern boiler plate text. Everyone knows what that means*
*you'd hope they do. Mind you, reading these boards I'd expect many of the posters to have mittens on strings..
Tense is immaterial. Focus on the word 'punt': a bet, a flutter, a gamble, a spin of the wheel. Or if you're still struggling, think of investing as a statement of belief in a company versus gambling, which is a flip of the coin, an attempt to grasp Caerus that requires no faith in the company, its management, or products...
EGTP - I wouldn't touch AIM miners with a barge pole if I'm honest. I've had a punt here, and we'll see what happens. In a related field, I do like Clontarf, but that's 99% because they have a JV with a company that seems credible (Next Chem X).
Many 'investors' on here are placing an inordinate amount of faith in the infallibility of a hedge fund. Their reasoning being that professionals never make mistakes, and the insinuation that IIs are privy to market sensitive information that we the proles are not. There's two problems here. 1) Institutions make mistakes every day; 2) That is illegal insider trading.
There is nothing in the history of VAST - short, medium, or long term - to suggest this is anything but a punt. Best of luck to the gamblers.
I used to rely on various technical indicators to time my trades, but increasingly I put my trust in bulletin board bullsh it bingo ..
SELL SIGNALS - Any posts/posters mentioning:
1. 'Leaks'. [STRONG SELL is the use of the moronic "Leaky, Leaky"]
2. "RNS Logged"
3. "MMs collecting shares"
4. "Buys reported as sells"
