Passiton, the judgment of Sept 2009 was subsequently set aside on appeal by the Mines Ministry. I note you omitted to include that. Here you go:
"25th Aug/6th Sept 2010
In the result therefore, I make the following order. It is ordered that:
The judgment of this court dated 24 September 2009 in HC 6411/07 be and is hereby set aside.
The counter-application is dismissed with costs.
Applicants are to pay the respondents’ costs."
So I'll ask the question for a third and final time, have you seen, and/or can you point me to an official judgement that reverses the above successful appeal and grants Vast title over its 'historic claims'.
Vast releases, press clippings etc are not official court judgements or communication; the more perceptive will also note that there is never any mention of specific court officials, ministry staff, or RZB officials or any direct quote from any such person in any of the press releases or VAST comms on this matter.
I would think the problem here is quite obvious; AP is telling us that we have a High Court Order, but no-one has seen it. Investors are therefore basing an awful lot on trust.
Of course the simple thing to do would be to tag the official 'rubber stamped' documentation on the RNS and/or link it on the website. Why has this not been done?
AP seems to disagree..
"“Despite taking longer than anticipated, I am very pleased to announce that after many years of hard work and discussion with the Zimbabwean Government the matter regarding the release of the historic parcel has now been amicably settled in a manner supported by an Order of the High Court of Zimbabwe."
p.s. there is no 'High Court of Zimbabwe'. There are several, situated across the country; I imagine they are referring to the Harare High Court. There is a single Supreme Court of Zimbabwe.
Where has he actually got to? Has anyone seen the court order? It's certainly not linked in any of the RNS announcements, nor is it available on the Zim judicial filings websites....
I recall a poster here last week suggesting access to highly confidential material but predictably nothing materialized...
The testing is delayed, as explained in Next-Chem X's SEC filing; see below:
"During the second quarter of 2023, the Company has continued to manage the construction of the 2 pilot plant systems that will form the basis of its ongoing commercialization efforts by enabling the processing of samples supplied by potential customers in order to market the system commercially. The two planned systems include (i) a smaller flexible system utilizing the iTDE Technology that will enable the processing of solutions containing lithium to demonstrate the commercial viability of the system; and (ii) a larger system that will handle the processing of industrial quantities of brines, better demonstrating the scalability and performance of the system when used commercially to extract lithium.
The smaller system is designed to allow further refinement of the basic iTDE system with ease by enabling changes to sensor types and position as well as adaptations of the other relevant systems with ease. The inherent flexibility of the design allows the Company to further its research into the extraction of other elements, and to improve the modelling of the process for commercial implementation, as well as providing a platform to explore the commercial extraction of other elements and to allow changes that will reduce the cost and improve the economics of the process.
The completion of the systems has been delayed due to the long lead times for certain sensors and other necessary systems. The present estimate for the completion of the first system is early in the fourth quarter of this year.
The Company is in the process of moving its laboratories from the previous location in the incubator facility run by the University of Illinois to premises that will be able to handle the import and storage of large quantities of chemicals and customer brines. The previous premises were not suited to this purpose. The opening of the new facility is anticipated to coincide with the completion of the first pilot plant.
The Company anticipates first running extraction tests on brine solutions mixed with controlled defined quantities of elements that approximate the naturally occurring brines of potential customers to be the subject of the commercial testing under the Clontarf Agreement and for other potential customers. This initial calibration of the system should provide a better baseline for the testing before proceeding to operate with actual brines.
I would agree. AGM will deal with the resolutions only. Name change confirmation is imminent, although I'm not sure of the process here. What is clear is that the Mode web address redirects to R8Capital PLC, and that 'something' is happening...
Blimey... an LSE chat board delivers useful, factual information! I suppose it had to happen eventually.
So yes, that is a very important piece of information, and therefore we're into Rule 5.6 ... and specifically:
Requirement for a suspension
LR 5.6.6
A shell company, or in the case of a shell company with a premium listing, its sponsor, must contact the FCA as early as possible:
(1) before announcing a reverse takeover which has been agreed or is in contemplation, to discuss whether a suspension of listing is appropriate; or
(2) where details of the reverse takeover have leaked, to request a suspension.
LR 5.6.7G01/01/2018
Examples of where the FCA will consider that a reverse takeover is in contemplation include situations where:
(1) the shell company has approached the target's board;
(2) the shell company has entered into an exclusivity period with a target; or
(3) the shell company has been given access to begin due diligence work (whether or not on a limited basis).
Do we think we'll get any news of the above prior to the AGM or only at/after the AGM?
14 lines of drivel and supposition. Try harder.
"with clearly a stellar plan about to execute"
can you point me in the direction of a) stellar plan details, b) execution timetable
thanks in advance.
