If the company hadn't placed it wouldn't be here now! On fundamentals alone JLP is very cheap. Why do you think fund managers have been piling in if they think the shares are not good value?
Leon has also mentioned Europe and North America too, both relatively politically safe jurisdictions. Not ever heard him ever mention Russia. He has also stressed the enormous amount of tailings and opportunities that exist on their doorstep in Zambia and neighbouring African countries.
TW on S Prophets reckons it could be £80m.
From the Master Investor Forum on 5 December. Question and answer in the JLP chat room;
Craig McCarthy: December 05, 12:57 pm - Leon mention a further copper tailings to be announced before the year is out, can we have an early preview :)
Reply avatar - Jubilee Metals Gareth Owen: December 05, 1:02 pm - Craig I am bound by what has been announced, please keep an eye on our RNS feed for more updates which should come soon!
Leon said 'well north' of 300M tonnes!
Mikiesunday - Leon has said that the next copper tailings deal will take us 'well' over 300MT. There will be an RNS to confirm this sometime before the end of this month.
Great interview with Leon. sounds like 2021 is going to be even more exciting and profitable than 2020! :)
If a Tjate sale happens, it happens. It would be nice but JLP has such huge potential on the metal processing side going forward that I'm not losing any sleep over it.
Through 12p now! :)
Jonah58, Pleased to remind you that Leon actually said the next deal would take us 'well' north of 300m tons so it should be a substantial addition to the existing 270 m tons already secured.
Leon actually said 'well' north of 300m tons so hopefully another very significant deal. Looking forward to next week too.
With a market cap of £222 million institutions will probably already be buying in.
Leon said 'well north of 300m' so I'm expecting this to mean well in excess. :)
patrickd369, Yes, Project Roan copper production should start up early 2021 and build up to 10,000 tons of copper per annum after 6 months. This will closely be followed by the Project Elephant project which is the larger of the two. Ultimate target is to produce 25,000 tons per annum from the 2 projects.
Zooming up again this morning! :)
Up we go! :)
And still only a £21m market cap which is peanuts compared to the potential earnings.
Just filter him, I have and it works well for me.
It's available now and compulsive viewing :)
