Because as with ANY stock, however good or bad, there are ALWAYS opportunities for an easy bottom feed,,,, BUT I will NEVER change my view on any outfit relative to my trade, I have traded UKOG many times and it was one of my best baggers in it's early days.

You say "low price" but many will say current level is ONLY from city workings and has been halving in volume & trades day on day since the ermmmmm survival placing !!!
