Probably THE worst line ever, UNLESS they mean "so far this team is delivering" less than NOTHING to their faithful retail pom pom brigade, They delivered 10 X dilution with 5 BILLION confetti in issue today. They delivered a mountain of debt that is in default. They delivered royalties for life in return for not a lot. They used an old well as the motherbore to drill the UK's most expensive little sidetrack, that only managed 1/3rd of the 600m they planned to drill and took longer to drill that than most companies take to drill 2 completely NEW wells from surface. They have totally undermined all remaining value in SLBY and ANYONE accountable has "left the building", leaving an empty seat at the top that no one wants to fill, why ? because this will never be a "going concern" what's left is only the slimmest line of survival, a depleted field that will spend it's remaining life trying to fill a sinkhole of debt.

No sheite sherlock !!! Basically Trafigura want their money, and there was no point doing a deal before the ESSENTIAL workovers, simply because this shower would then be BROKE and unable to do the work after handing over ALL the pot to their various creditors etc, Soooo they have clearly held off to ensure the work does get done and hopefully results in their creditors just about getting enough production to meet their demands, meaning there will be nowt left for anything else... it is at best just a remaining production/repayment asset, meaning it will be totally undermined and effectively Angus are just there as operators of no value.

Noooo, what I am saying is, this shower spent many years mugging retail & others and got away with it because Aim is pretty lawless, but then they made a BIG mistake, stepped it up a gear and played games with a serious outfit who gave them VERY generous terms and a VERY generous grace period, only to find out that this lot couldn't stop their antics and thought they could mug these off too, DOHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...... and here we are, on the edge of the abyss, the debt sinkhole growing larger by the day, along with others owed vast sums, also beating the door.

Obviously this shower were in SUCH a good position that they had to cry a suspension to save their souls, and many, many months later there is STILL no fix to this problem, surely if it was all so rosy and revenues could easily manage the debt then firstly it would never have happened like this, and secondly a correction deal could have been sorted pretty sharpish... unfortunately it is teetering and will likely continue just as PPP is doing, while retail sit here and can do nowt !!!

It's only as elastic as Trafigura wants it to be, THEY want their pound of flesh and they are apex predators, and they didn't lend them the funds to have to get their hands dirty, so the ONLY elasticity they are giving is just enough to make sure this shower somehow deliver enough to get their money back, including penalties and some whopping amounts of interest...

Ultimately Trafigura are the offtake too, so it isn't like they can't see the sales revenue, and I am sure if they really wanted to, they could probably force some form of legal first dibs and simply give a small % of what remains to keep this shower running the field "for THEM"

Ohhhh and you are spouting on about higher gas sales etc,,, LETS not forget what was previously posted, in the 24 months prior to suspension, the first 12 months of them were AT much higher rates and revenue was much higher, BUT unfortunately it STILL resulted in nada in the bank just prior to suspension, therefore as SAID numerous times, they NEED to double production to give you even a slight chance of some upside... and that is as likely as Trafigura writing off the debt.......
