Eric - it may achieve nothing, however, on my own I have even less of a chance of getting anywhere with the company and the money I have invested here. From what I recall the majority if not all were professional people with a decent amount invested here. The data protection act covers the data and the admins are aware of the details of that act. There is an open forum on the site which you rightly stated was a Shutterfly account.

As most.org will know I was one of the early members of the watch. My thoughts remain the same. I can whinge and grips on all the boards as an anonymous username.OR I could band together with like-minded folk in an attempt to retain a little control of my investment. Whilst joining any new group may be a little alien to people - watching my hard earned slipping away without trying is very alien to me. My recollection was we proved our commitment by proving our holdings to avoid the non-holders trying to create issues. All voluntary.

I was thinking at the time of out previous RNS we had our prospective partner giving us a 3 month spell to look over data and make a decision but if they wanted to look a bit longer they could for another 3 month. The partner could pull out before or indeed pull a cat out of the bag beforehand. Today's news was merely a blip as far as the SP. Whilst I can see your positive outlook I would disagree with your surmising that the Grumpy crew would look out of place when/If the money starts to pour in. Quite the contrary would be the case. Bare backsides in supermarket Windows, various hats being eaten and I imagine great celebrations would be the order of the day. The issue that we have had great progress news from regulatory sources in the past which have been bought but great hairy testicles BUT nothing is done by the regulatory bodies to stop them happening. It appears from the tiniest bit of research I have done looking at the Projects and Operations on the JLP website that JLP do not really own a great deal of a nuts and bolts business, rather they have shares in several projects with other companies - a bit like a magpie company. The company seem to be well versed in the dynamics of metals recovery and I am sure they are an asset to the other mine sites and will do well out of their joint ventures and sole rights business. I see JLP doing well out of BMR and the other joint ventures. I do not see why there have been so many vitriolic posts from 'declared holders/followers of JLP - it is a win win situation for all. Are you as scurrilous with all the posters of the several other j/v partnerships as you are here?

sidebar - your faith in yourself astounds me. Whether LC was behind getting the licence back or not - it belongs to BMR and to be pedantic - it also belongs to the jv with JLP. The licence did not change hands. As for JLP not needing Kabwe - perhaps you need to give your head a shake if you do not consider they need the metals and minerals that are in abundance at Kabwe. (And for the pedant - there are other sources of the metals and minerals elsewhere). If JLP do not need Kabwe, why do you think they were keen to foster relations and assist in getting the licence back? I am sure LC would far better make use of his time utilising it running after something JLP needs like.!!!!..................... discovering a massive source of easily converted sl..ag heaps teaming with value. Perhaps you need to go visit the quack and get a self certification for stress - you seem to be allowing your blood to boil unnecessarily. Your opinions are merely your own opinions - you claim to know the folk working at mine sites, yet you only post opinion. Hey we never know - you may be speaking the truth, however, your surly attitude lets you down. So other folk also have an opinion - some of those opinions have been explained several times, however you deem all opposing theories to be rubbish compared to your own. There are a lot of LTH here who have fended off greater orators than yourself over the years so I would kindly suggest you may tone your insults down, though it is a free country and we have a certain amount of freedom of speech. As for your bragging rights to information direct from those people working at the mine sites, perhaps that may be construed by some as insider information and therefore your posting such knowledge may be deemed improper at the very least. The JV company will be working the tailings - the JV company do not own the LSML and all that lies within it. Those carping on about how JLP are the best thing since sliced bread and that they will take over I take with a pinch of salt. The value of the LSML is yet to be told, though from test results, show the value to be favourable. Until we come out of suspension we can speculate until we are blue in the face about how much more valuable each of the companies are worth. The market will dictate that to an extent. We (BMR) have an awesome amount of prospective worth to be finalised under our own name. The funds created out of the JV company will assist in getting the LSML working alongside.

...where I was answering a question relating to the timescales. I quoted the interview with LC :- There does appear to be an urgency in LC. He was happy to announce on the interview from around 1m40 mark https://vimeo.com/263308796 that a lot of the groundwork had been done and follows on to say the team will be working at execution readiness 2m17s and they are ready to mobilise the team within this month. So within this month suggests the workers are already busying themselves.
