so very repetitive here. I say "It's all getting...." Can we just put a line under things and let us start afresh without all the bickering as it is quite tedious (well it is for me anyway - though I know we all enjoy a bit of banter. What we have are reported multi billion $ worth of metals and minerals in old tailings. All of that value has been reported (some JORC) within official RNS over the years. In addition to that we have another element Vanadium being reported. Now to date we have not had any of these elements processed and therefore we cannot really put any value onto the company spreadsheet. It is currently just a pile of anticipated value. Moving on we have plans (as we have had for a number of years) to build a plant to process all of these valuable 5lag heaps containing the aforementioned elements which in turn should give us a tangible asset of value. Until we get to processing the tailings then we have quite little tangible value - we can call it great value but let us face it BMR have owned these dumps and the valuable area of land where both SSML and LSML are owned by BMR and its subsidiaries. Reportedly we have had great reports from within the LSML area which again, once processed could add further tangible asset value. Since I invested in BMR I have seen some great highs, but sadly I was taken in by the promise of great things having spoken to MA back in the day. Emails also confirmed great things though he was always a bit guarded when I said I would like to visit the site and the school BMR assisted financially. When AB came on board and suspended the company, consolidated the shares and then as good as ensured we had as many shares as we had pre consolidation I still trusted the RNS, the videos of Investor evenings and the like. I trusted it so much I took on board the last warrants and increased my average DOOHH!!!!! That said we are in new territory with JLP and having got as far down the road to ruin a company can go I HOPE that we will have the suspension lifted very soon and we can see at last the direction BMR share price will take us. So in short - we have nought presently - BUT we have a PROSPECT which could see us all at least get some if not all of our money back. So everyone is right in one way or another. BMR win. BMR lose. JLP win JLP lose. The ball is still very much in the air for all of us. Come on AB - pull your socks up fella and get us out of suspension.

Yazz - my point was obviously missed when I posted about sidebar. I do not mind alternative opinions - It is healthy to hear both good and bad elements so long as they are well researched and provable rather than overinflated personal opinion. What I do object to are posters who arrive and come across all self righteous/sanctimonious and putting other people down with personal opinion over objectivity. You appear to have some of the same traits as other 'newcomers' to the board. Whilst I have been here over a decade I can rightly point out what shenanigans have gone on before and I take on board what others say if I feel that their points actually have a point. Look back at the 10 years history of RNS then when that lengthy task has been done you may get an understanding of the deep frustration of LTH rather than dismiss their gripes. Just saying.

sidebar, perhaps your posts come across as a bit sanctimonious. Perhaps if you get down with the crowd and tell it as it is in a more relaxed or informal way rather than the current way. Another issue you have in your posts is that a lot of folk have been through the mill here and have seen it all before. Being a new (by the boards timescales) poster you have hit the boards and have all too often been too self righteous. Just an opinion of course.

whatever - the debt has been fully repaid as per that RNS. Rosewall - never forget that the NOMAD approved the passing of historic RNS as I posted last week. As above all debt to creditors repaid in full. Again a case of sitting and waiting or waiting and sitting. All about choice these days.

a major company shelling out 250k per month for 3 month extendable by an additional 3 month. They are doing this as they believe there will be a large pool of oil under the seabed which MAY be recoverable. Amtech - I assume your post suggesting that this underground pool of oil "won't be recoverable anyway" was made without any technical expertise nor having had sight of the 'data room'. If the oil - which of course we assume is what the 3D seismics showed, and what would be corroborated by the numerous finds in the near vicinity - was not recoverable I am quite unsure the major would have just kept the pennies in their pocket. Nothing is certain - we know that - the EA should assist in getting the major to pull out more pennies for a rig. This alone would boost the current SP on top of the EA. Time will tell whether that drill tip pierces that crust surrounding the potential oil bed. Never invest what you cannot afford to lose.

And there go those figures again:- A Moyes & Co. technical audit done late last year explained that tests indicate �aggregate mean volumetrics assessed for the key structures in BPC�s southern licences is a STOIIP (stock tank oil initially in place) of 8.3 billion barrels, with an upside of up to 28 billion barrels STOIIP.� �Moyes independently calculated the probability of success factors for each of the major reservoirs assessed, the majority of which were calculated in the 25-35 percent range,� the audit reveals. �Applying a recovery factor in the range of 20 percent � 40 percent to the Moyes STOIIP volumetrics would result in an unrisked estimated ultimate recoverable in the range of 1.6 billion to 3.3 billion barrels (mean), and up to 11 billion barrels (upside). �Outputs from the Moyes technical audit reconfirms BPC�s belief that the minimum field size for an economic development is less than 0.2 billion barrels�.

Build Activity - perhaps AB or LC or even one of those boots on the ground can post some new photos in order to compare them with the existing photos and drone footage of the BMR Kabwe site. The site is quite extensive and in addition to the tailings there is a large scale mining licence area. This LSML is, as far as I am aware, excluded from the Jubilee tie in. The testing reports on the LSML were at last submission were quite positive.

�.to rise multiple times - feet are on the floor here. The more folk put out wild claims the more food is out there for the charlatans will return bigger and better decrying everyone's thoughts. There is a good possibility that given time we can reach new and greater heights than before, however, there is also the chance we don't. FWIW - I have mentioned Dragon Oil in the past. They were an oil explorer in Turkmenistan when I held shares pre 2000. I bought at consolidated price of 75pps. They went up to over a �1 and then dropped to under 10pps. Move on to 2015 and the company bought all the shares back for �8 a shot. Sadly I sold out well before that date at just under �5. Now BPC is a completely different company - DGO started out as an Irish owned company but was ended up in the hands of ENOC a Dubai government entity. So whilst no one knows what price our SP may be in the future you can get out when the price is right for you. You may sell too early or you can sell just right. For this to get into the �1 plus bracket BPC will need to be pumping oil - however, we could get bought out before the drill bit hits the ocean floor. Nobody knows what will happen - pointless putting fairytale price guesstimates as there are far too many unknowns at the moment. Got to keep feet firmly planted on the floor - lots of news still to come. The EA announcement will come when the BG are good and ready, in the meantime we can just hope they decision is a positive one. Money has a curious way of helping the decision process.

you are clearly a narcissistic streak. The majority on here speak of the information that is readily available and research that they may have additionally done. Of course some of what is mentioned is theory based. As for discussing you - this is due to your many attacks on posts/posters, so whilst you attack posters they will retaliate which allows the narcissistic streak to be fed. The short discussion about this being a discussion/bulletin board, it was intended to be a place where folk can discuss the relevant share, its news, prospects, share price and trading etc. Instead you manage to fill it with irrelevant teasing dialogue which makes it a less pleasant ordeal for someone wishing to read about the current events. Why waste your talents being such a negative soul on such a negative share's bulletin board? Surely your skills are better utilised on a decent company whose shares are fluid. Just a thought of course. As for BMR it has turned out to one Bad Motherf&*keR of an investment to make it seems. Having survived our previous lot with photos of MA living it up with the Chinese, Free Ambulances, Charitable Walls, and then numerous RNS hailing our valuable dumps located all over Zambia and his skills of turning all the copper into lead and zinc we are in a situation of unparalleled disarray. The Company will receive a non-refundable cash payment of US$250,000 per month (US$750,000 in aggregate) for the initial three-month period of exclusivity with an additional US$250,000 per month for any extended period of exclusivity, such extension at the option of the Counterparty, up to a maximum of a further three months." They will keep exclusivity for at least 3 months - does not suggest anywhere that they need three months to clarify matters. It just means that they have three months of exclusivity during which to ponder their options. The company has not published any clauses within that initial or subsequent timescale though I expect there will be.

Have to agree with Davie. The price boomed the 200% on the news of the potential farm out. Until we get further news I cannot see it booming again, nor do I see it falling outside the parameters suggested. This currently seems like it would suit the day traders. I would love to hear some hints from BG over the week. Am sure there will be a little leak somewhere, but I am not allowing myself to become frustrated with the current minor movement in the SP.

interesting post - however, like most governments they will do as they please. Look at the austerity measures being taken throughout Europe in order to balance the books - majority of the population acquiesce. There will be some fantastic money to be made for those politicians (and I would seriously hope the local population) if they sign off. Whilst people are usually aghast at unpopular decisions such as plastic bags, bottles, smoking etc - in the main people get on with their lives. I am unsure whether the rigs would be visible without glasses/scopes so for as long as they operate cleanly they will be forgotten. I would think the amount of oil transferred currently with the terminals are at a higher risk of causing envronmental damage.

Your opinion is that most of the talk is hype - though most of the talk is backed up by poster's own research and you and others have been directed to it - YET - you still decry the evidence. If you are genuinely invested you would be happy with current events. You need not review all the posts on here, not even visit here. Try not to get your knickers in a twist. You can spend your time more wisely by researching your next share to big up or big down. Better still have a look at the glass half full topics. Makes for a more pleasant life - look for the flowers in the park, rather than the litter and dog poo. (I went through several years of that - I look at flowers and butterflys now.)

sonofthebull - you have me there!!!! I am at a loss as where to find a comment to say we are in bed with anyone never mind a big dirty oiler on the BPC website. However, I cannot recall suggesting we were in bed with anyone. I do recall suggesting we were in a contract of exclusivity with a major player but that info was in one of the RNS rather than the website. You can have a look and point me in the direction of my suggesting we were in bed. In the meantime I will watch and wait for real news about the EA, the talks with the aforementioned unnamed company who is paying a 1/4 million per month for that exclusivity agreement whilst trying to hammer out a decent deal with BPC that may hopefully have beneficial terms for genuine shareholders.

Sotb - you claim to have been here years but you and your sidekicks keep asking questions about things which have already been answered before. Perhaps if you did a little digging yourself you may discover some of the answers instead of people being expected to do that work for you. If having been here for 10 years why are you not happy with the recent 200% rise and some of the news we have had recently? The prospect for the company are at the best level I have seen since before Mr Burns passed.
