Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I have a new entry showing extra shares but with no explanation at £0 value. I am not clear if these are free shares but not showing value yet, or if any cost is involved. Does anyone have an explanation from their broker?
I have had an email from TD telling me to look on their site for details of the name change to Pembridge.
It's not HL, I am also waiting using TD Direct. It must be the Company failing to sort it.
Sunday 20.41 China Africa has 48.88% of GET! CAF signed an Investment Agreement with Global Exploration Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("GET"), a private Australian company, to acquire a 48.88% shareholding in GET. RNS Feb 1st. Del786 has posted a valuable set of summaries but I don't think the % CAF acquired is clear. It's significant and could transform CAF on its own but will take time.
Many thanks for sharing your research, it's very encouraging. If you believe good management is vital to investing success, CAF looks like a moderate risk for potentially a high return, especially getting in now, at the start.
In case any inveators here don't know okenia, I hope he won't mnd me saying I have benefited from his advice many times. One of the most informed and objective contributors to any BB on miners. If I had any immediate doubts on today's news, okenia being here dispelled them.
I'm with TD Direct and nothing for me either.
joe, of course you are right, it is the buzz of the day that makes the shares go up and PJ is good at it, finding exciting projects and promoting them. I am following him and own shares in CAF for exactly that reason. The trick is to get out in time! I agree, Borelli's bid for MTR was damaging for MTR but I still maintain Orion was a constant negative influence and he is starting the same here, apparent praise then the implied doubts. At this stage we have very little to go on to judge PJ other than his success promoting MTR in its formative early days. People must draw their own conclusions as to whether Orion's future advice is useful. Personally, I shall ignore any negative advice and continue to follow PJ.
Facts, like your proposed share raid on MTR when you didn't hold any shares. Support from investors who actually hold shares was unsurprisingly rejected. Why are you here at all clogging up the BB with obscure and irrelevant info bigging yourself, up as in your last post, but offering no useful info for genuine investors in CAF? Please do us all a favour and offer your "invaluable" advice somewhere else.
Today is just the start. Profit taking usually follows a sharp rise, you won't be spiked for long! The trajectory is up and so far it is only based on a couple of acquisitions. The major action, an RTO, hasn't even happened yet.
Orion gives the impression of genuing analysis based on a lifetime in the mining business, but like Coddrers and Noodle he is another critic who won't hold shares, He admitted he doesn't hold in MTR but that didn't stop his constant posts. He also brags a lot about his ability and past successes making for even longer posts. At times he made the MTR BB almost usable. Notice how he supports Noodle. One good point, their presence suggests PJ is making an impact!
Like Codders, Noodle is another regular moved here from MTR who asks endless questions designed to create doubts. Neither probably holds shares.
Google alerts is a brilliant way. Google bots crawl the internet daily and send you alerts with all sites in the world that mention your key words. Be warned though you may get a lot of useless links, "Big Sofa Tech" may give result in posts about sofas from the likes of DFL! The Google bots are not that clever.
Mr C has been posting negative one liners on MTR for months and does appear to dislike PJ in particular. Ignore as highly biased.
I am on TD and no divi for me either.
He specialises in short negative posts. He has been a prolific poster on MTR. He probably has no CAF shares although let him say otherwise. He seems to have a down on PJ, he will probaby say because of his MTR record. In his early days PJ's MTR trading was highly profitable. I believe PJ was no longer able to trade for profit, when MTR's management changed and so did the Company's policy. I believe we are lucky to be in at the start of PJ's own project, where he is in control.
I've been following TW for some time and he gets a lot right. Of course not every time but I invested here because he knows Adam Reynolds well and whilst he would not use inside knowledge he may well have an instinct for how enthusiastic AR is for this technology and this management. AW invests in management teams as much as the project when choosing new situations to back. Timing may not be exact but I believe the BST will prove good. It will take an RNS with new contracts signed up.
That sounds right. It's hardly relevant to the future potential of BST. Any number of people could buy and sell up to 2.99% without disclosing it. Whatever Spreadex do or have done with their remaining shares, it is of no consequence to those of us awaiting news of new contracts. That is what will impact the share price.
You could work out how many they hold if you could be bothered, so what? If they choose to sell them in one go it may have a short term impact but they would tend to get a lower price that way. If and when they choose to sell it's in their interests to spread sales out. In what way doe sany of it matter to those of us holding sheares here, in the med to long term?
Agree, better to have TW onside. When he criticises a share he does it with a detailed analysis and it can affect the share price. The same applies when he supports a company. He is generally inclined to be bearish and when he supports a company it is usually a good sign. He doesn't always get it right but more often than being wrong. He knows Adam Reynolds well. He won't disclose inside info but will have a good instinct for his intentions and if he suggests things will happen more quickly, it is probably not mere speculation.
