In their latest Report (see link below) the Administrators attach no value to the Rembridge shares.
However, this is probably because they are still suspended and any value is uncertain and long term, not much help to Administrators.
As Administrators they are trying to realise assets now so avoiding unrealistic expectations for the Pembridge holding is probably the right cautious approach.
From our perspective it is not such a large holding as to pose a threat to PERE's long term propects. It is less than any of the major shareholders and is below 3% at which level a stake has to be notified.
I had WTI shares though sold a long time ago. It shows how a promising mine can go wrong, in this case flooding they failed to resolve. Being suspended is frustrating but a lot better outcome than for Weatherly by comparison!

You may be right, the placement price may be less than we hope to see but the real test will be when the shares are relisted and traded.

We have a working mine, all we need now is a working share, we need that relisting to see what this company is now worth.
Another 3,172,275 sold. In a strnge way it is reassuring that with such heavy and persistent selling, the share isn't even lower. Without that where would it now be?
Some largish buys happening. One positive announcement and the chace to buy at sub 0.1 could vanish.I am still waiting until I have reread the docs over the weekend though...
I am not sure "they" are sufficiently in control of events to organise that. I suggest the big seller(s) are making their own decision, are making a turn and have no interest in long term investment.
One advantage of the non directors having no shares and presumably no serious money, is they depend heavily on making this a massive success.
I have to say I am tempted to top up. If this takes off at all, it will probably be massive but I have to convince myself this is a genuine investment, albeit high risk. Personally I don't gamble, so over the weekend I must decide if Ionic is better than gambling on horse racing. I think it probably is but I will read all the documents again and not decide until Monday.
I agree, we are all hugely concerned at the share price crashing down as the massive sales continue. The Directors and staff are probably prepared to live with that for now, as they focus on making a success of Iconic, they must want that as much as we do.
They are probably reckoning the complaints will stop provided the company takes off as they hope. If it doesn't the complaints about poor communication will be irrelevant!
I find it disturbing to see us below .10 but is it worth taking a massive loss? If I had the small sum I'd now achieve, where would I invest it? I'd probably take a punt on Iconic! If it does take off it could go up multi times .09.
Clive, looking at level 2 right now suggests you are right, 2.6m and 3.1 million buys at 0.95 so some PIs think now is the time to buy. The problem has been every time there is a small increase the big seller seizes the moment to unload a whole shed load more.
If this company ever does become successful, looking back this may well be a moment when massive bargains were to be had, mind you it is risky. I bought COMS in just the same situation and made the biggest profit I have ever made before or since over 10x! But it could have been a wipe out. I am pondering, do I buy more, or not... someone else is thinking the same and has just bought 1.4m at .1025
Nothing we don't know but the article emphasises PERE is a different proposition to when most of us bought our shares. I do wonder at what price the management will pitch the placement, bearing in mind how much of it they are taking.

That's good to know and much appreciated. I remember you were the only shareholder at the first or a very early shareholder meeting. Your close interest in the company means your views are well informed and valuable.
Chrispye84 I am sure we have all benefited from your informed posts in the past so many thanks for that. If the information you are giving to schoolboy can be posted on a public forum and you think it's of significance to all PIs, could you post the info on this BB?

We need as much as coverage as possible to draw attention to the newly revitalised Minto mine and the ambitions of the new BoD of Pembridge, to help launch the relisting with a bang. Lets hope the new management promote this.
So if short replies work it must be long ones where you may need to start a new topic.
testing. I had the same problem. I now copy my post and save it in my text rpogram to avoid typint again. One answer seems to start a new topic, not reply to previous oosts.
levi, further thoughts. I shall sell half unless there is a very strong reason not to and if it rises spectacularly fast, I may sell all my shares, in case it's a spike. I was in Metal Tiger and Strategic Minerals both at very low prices. Both went up some 5x and I sold around 25-30% in both cases, holding the rest. For both 5x was a spike and I lost out by holding on, only finally selling after they continued falling. The one difference here is a working mine which should produce profits which underpin value, so it will be a judgement call.
So, I will probably sell half on relisting then take a view as the company makes announcements. But I won't make a final position until the company makes its plans clear and until we see what price the shares reach immediately after relisting.
I will try again
levi like you, I simply want the relisting asap but I do console myself with one thought while waiting. PERE will have a working mine and an offset agreement. When you compare this to other miners who have bigger market caps but only based on exploration potential, surely our Market Cap must be seversl times more than £2.85m that has been showing on Level 2 dating to when it delisted?
I have to say whatever our doubts abut DL he did a lot better than I ever dared hope by acquiring Minto. Many thanks for all your posts and best of good fortune to all here. I hope it was worth the wait.
levi, I have tried posting a reply but it does not appear. I will try again later. This is a test to see if the site is working...
I was in a rush this morning and didn't read the latest RNS or scroll down to see the posts on this!!!
