Terry M1 - Think long term. DEC is a fast growing company with a decent dividend to keep share holders well looked after in the short term. Think not at what price you can sell your shares today, but at what price you can sell them for in 3 to 5 years time. If you are unhappy with the way in which the company is moving forward; sell your shares. It is as simple as that.

The presentation did not add anything than was already known. However, in the Q&A PW did say there were no plans for another ‘raise’. Oh no !!!

It is in nobody’s interest for information to be leaked. All credit to the board and other associated parties for staying quiet and not allowing any details to be leaked and over analysed to infinity.

I expect the future of this company to be very rosey indeed but, at the same time, I accept that things may turn out differently.

I assume they will do the presentation and indicate that they have no intention carrying out any further fundraises. And I assume the presentation will be followed by a quick fundraise. After all, we have gone over a week without one.

You couldn’t make it up. It is a joke of a company. And I am saying this as a disgruntled long term share holder. No point selling my shares - too far in the red for that.

I see this RNS as being very big news. I expect the share price to at least double today and pass 6p by the end of the week. Unfortunately, my expectations usually fizzle out to nothing.

The fact the share price has gone up a little during the last few days suggests there is likely to be a fund raise at a significant difference to the current sp of £0.02 - probably at £0.015 with countless warrants issued alongside as an incentive. I have been a shareholder since the 3p days and as much as I want to see the company become successful, fundraises seem to be never ending; and sadly they have continued since Loughran’s departure. I hope I am wrong.

I am confident the final results will be very positive (the interim results and the repayment of the CLN imply things are on the up). I don’t see any point in the company issuing RNS’s for the sake of it; simply a waste of time and money to do so.

A majority voted for the name change so the resolution was passed. It clearly states that in the RNS and it gives the percentages. The RNS points out that Mike Ashley voted against (but hardly anyone else did).

It was passed by 62% to 39% (approx). MA voted against.

I think it is possible the share price is being held for another placing. If a big contract is won by Trac it is possible a large investment will need to be made at the front end to support contract delivery going forward. I hold a lot of shares in the company and I remain confident about its future prospects. But I will not be adding.

They don’t get paid to buy shares.
