I can’t fault Mark Epstein and co for the effort they are putting into growing the business. I have every confidence they will make it a big success. The World Cup is not the be all and end all; but it is the proverbial gift horse as the company moves towards bigger and better things. Well done Mark and co and keep up the good work.

It is not a random bonus. It is a very well deserved bonus. For a long time now he has looked after us shareholders by avoiding as much dilution as possible and putting his own money on the line. He has continually backed the company, and I am very hopeful he (and we) will soon bear the fruit of his labours. As far as CEO’s go, he is one of the best.

It will be a pump and place. The fact that PW is doing the rounds and flogging the same old stories tells you a lot. The main reason the share price is out of synch is that nobody trusts him just like nobody trusted Loughran. I hope I am wrong!!

Once the World Cup is over in the blink of an eye the company will fold and go into administration. All those wealthy business men who spent hundreds of thousands of pounds setting this company up clearly risked everything on one World Cup. They can’t possibly have planned for anything after that.

Don’t wait for it to weaken. It is as weak as it ever will be.

Despite wanting to see this share price improve massively, I struggle to see anything positive in the latest presentation. My reading of PW’s body language tells me he has lost all confidence in the company and is trying to ‘wing it’ to keep the lights on. PW knows the oil price will plummet as soon as fighting in Iran stops. So Bitcoin has gone!! That one slipped away quietly? He made a big thing of it, and now it’s dust. Premier Miton must be dreading the day they got involved. I do.

Unfortunately, any share price movement upwards usually signals a ‘raise’ with fantasy promises about a bright future. As a long term unfortunate shareholder, I hope I am wrong on this occasion.

Terry - Rusty runs a very successful company and continues to grow it year on year. He deserves some extra shares for all the hard work he puts in. One day, the share price will reflect the true value of the company. And when it does, we will all benefit from it.

Wozzer, that was a well timed post 🥴. Presumably it will be your last post. Not sure you had any credibility left, but if you did, the last drop of it just went down the pan. £1.5 million raised at 8p.

Lifeisgood - I realise you are very enthusiastic about this share (I am too), but I do not think you should be advising people to top up if they have the funds. You should leave people to make their own decisions based on the facts that are put in front of them. I realise you have a lot of skin in the game (I have too) but you know nothing more than the rest of us. So please calm down and let the share price do its own thing. Time and patience is what is required here.

There have been numerous very short term share price surges during the last couple of years. I have held shares in this company for many years and I hope this latest surge continues and turns out to be permanent.

This company has massive potential. But until a game changer of an RNS lands, that’s all it has for now.

There is no way the board were going to go through a lengthy and expensive RTO to see the share price drop by 20 to 30 per cent long term.

Anyone who has the patience to hold for another 6 months or so will no doubt be rewarded for doing so.

Mysteryguy - instead of being a miserable sod, why not accept that everything is on track and an awful lot of people on here will be very pleased (and relieved) to see the latest RNS come out. There comes a point when winding up people stops being a sport and simply becomes tedious. I hope you do not hold any shares in this company because, quite frankly, you do not deserve any.

In the last RNS, MOS said they were on track to complete the acquisition of Estadio Gana and CMS in November, and that they were looking forward to providing further updates in due course.

The RNS was not pathetic, it merely updated us all with the boards position at the time.

The end of November was yesterday (part of a weekend). I would expect an RNS to be issued later today or in the morning. But if it does not arrive for a few more days does it really matter?

And why refer to the board as gutless? You have no evidence to base such a claim on. Updates might not be provided at the frequency you would like, but that is your problem - not the boards.

Like me, there are people who are very positive about the future of this company. And there are others those who are not. At this point in time nobody knows who will prove to be right. Why argue amongst each other? It is petty and pointless.

It hasn’t been shameful to watch because there has been nothing to watch. Basic updates given when necessary and no additional comments made.

It doesn’t matter what he says. He will do whatever he wants to do whenever he wants to do it.

I suspect this latest raise was made just in case the well they have just spudded turns out to be a dud. Wouldn’t be able to raise a bean in the future if that turns out to be the case.
