Sounds to me that RM declined certain offers for his preferred outcome. Pure guesswork but the current situation [of being totally in the dark] doesn't make logical sense unless something better is already in the pipeline. I'm still in favour of global licences as opposed to any takeover, from a humanitarian point of view, plus I have no faith in a near-term vaccine solution. I'm quite keen to stay alive too....if only out of curiosity as to how this plays out.
