Valuing EVRH as a business is almost impossible, all forward projections in a industry which doesnt exist - It will come down to number of users - which depends on number of Headsets -

Business is a regulated profession in developed economies, senior by Rank doesnt allow people to do whatever they want.

thats what Monzo did, simple app first followed by banking system on the back of it.

may I propose a humble plan, feel free to reject it after thorough inspection.

Many fintech companies we discuss and compare Tally with had their start from CrowdFunding.
Many of our competitor apps (not gold) but wealth transfer etc in Fintech industry raised money on CrowdFunding.

All of them you will find started through Crowd Funding.

Tally can genuinely see phenomenonal growth in a few years.
While the full scale banking model takes place, we should pressure the board to go ahead with Tally on CrowdFunding.

Whats the most to lose ?
If we can apply for a grant from govt.
If we can get a loan from a bank.
Then why not from Consumer.
