How that million makes it to shareholders is not that clear.

Decent person would issue special dividend, so current shareholders will take a slice of a million.

Even the most expensive loan etc will be good once Tally is properly launched.

Loan IPO etc only to keep the company running without product is same as huge IKEA STORE which is empty inside.

My wish (not the only solution) is Tally subsidiary sold separately to get rid of CP and his cronies.

If Tally does well I'll be happy listed or otherwise, my life doesnt rely on Tally. If it goes bust then I wont cry, lifes very good.

This is a financial vehicle, not a fandom. Board is also getting a hefty salary so they are already getting their money back - much before you will.

I have plenty of time for Tally to turn around and become one of the better financial product available for global use.

I find our discussion useful hence I discuss, plenty I agree with you. Where I don't I lay it bare open with whatever I base my views upon. I can be accurate and can be wrong too.

Biggest thing is that things dont always work out as one would want to. That can happen to any person or a business.

Money can be raised by many ways, some of them would be more expensive... nothing we can do about it.

I dont mind if things take another 6 months, I just do not want board to give up on Tally, or be half hearted and definitely never be disingenuous.
