there's too much development, merger of business, getting into American Market is very expensive

previous big names who invested at much much higher SP have thus far suffered even if only on paper.
so all new investors want to cushion themselves against the drop of SP

if I am not wrong realnetworks also need money if SP dropped below certain range - as per previous RNS - not sure what it was.

Anyway Tech development is expensive and company has to pay its expenses.

If some directors had joined together to purchase £250K between themselves to fill the 3 million they expect from Private Investor, they could have helped the SP but then there are many ways of doing this.

Idea is even if it costs £300 million to make a billion dollar company that's still a 700 million profit and that's why the Institutional Investors are still buying MVR or NAPS
