I don’t need to explain how it’s valued it’s not a revenue stock so asking me how I valued it is another pointless/useless message!

It has 2 late stage de-risked assets with substantial market opportunity NCTD-M3 has a market opportunity of $500m deal already in place and XF-73 Nasal has a market opportunity of $2 billion for the US alone

Then they’ve got XF-73 platform and XF-73 Dermal that are longer term opportunities

We are only at 79p due to a market sell off, previously £1.80 and now a lot further down the pipeline, 3 broker targets of over £2.80 excluding the deal soon to be announced on XF-73 Nasal.

Added onto all that is the new leadership with a significant CV in the pharma industry taking GW to over a billion dollar market cap and stated he’s more excited of what we’ve got here than what he had when he joined GW

So a price of over £2 on deal announcement is easily achieved IMHO

Couple of terrible posts here today talking absolute pony!! Clearly couple of people worried about the rising SP.

The amount of people having surgery a day all year round that will be getting this drug makes this XF-73 far more in demand than selected people on repeat medicines honestly what a shocking post do some research before you try knocking people for being enthusiastic about a very hot stock! This will be over £2 after a deal in couple of months I have no doubt about that!!

I’m more than happy to see whoever it is selling now than waiting and dumping into the big rise when it comes

I don’t really care who’s heard what to be honest we’re all here because we know this company is sitting on a blockbuster drug, the CEO has a unbelievable CV and I think he will deliver the good exciting times here over next month or two where any morning we could wake up to a stellar RNS, as for the SP I see it as just a healthy pull back cool the RSI down before the next leg up. If you look at the chart it tends to draw back to the 50ma or just below before starting that next leg up we hit the 50ma today it could still drop to 60p intraday before it goes but might not either way I think we’re very close to the next run up

I think it will bounce hard off the 50dma there’s a bit of a pattern of it pulling back to 50dma before it goes on the next run…

I think he meant they include XF73 but not a deal for XF73 like you say once a deal is announced they will be revised for sure

I posted a post on here couple of weeks ago about how it’s citadel who are responsible for naked shorts and they have history of being fined for naked shorting and are connected to citi group and now it’s funny that IG still haven’t come up with the shares and Lloyds gave me mine 2 weeks ago…

It’s up 5% pre market be interesting to see if there’s high volume today as they start buying the shares back that they owe…

There is a record for normal shorting but not naked shorting as it shouldn’t be taking place

There’s defo enough liquidity it trades on average about 1-2 million dollars a day! It mostly likely cuz it’s an American stock Lloyds say it has to be passed over to their international partner so cant offer a instant price

Yep American company basically keeping the shares until shorts are fully closed

I think the fact a lot can’t sell until 10 trading days above $12 I’d see us being there within next 6 months

I think the company knew what was going on and now I think we’ll see a lot of PR in the coming months

I’d imagine mostly all of the naked shorting is finished now, rumour is that it was citadel who was doing the naked shorting they are holders of ROSCLF so now hold MDAI would have been well informed therefore of what was happening and they received so large fines for naked shorting so have form

It was deliberate but I’m with Lloyds and I got mine yesterday so the hold up now must be with your broker

The high volume Tuesday was the closing of the shorts as they knew we was getting our shares so had to replace them they used our shares to dump

The placing was on the day they listed under new name but it was only for just over $3m

I’ve got my shares as thought which confirms to me the shorts were being closed yesterday

Yep I recommend as many people email the only way they’ll take notice, I emailed Vincent last night waiting for reply, I told him if they not doing a placing and it’s due to manipulation they should be reported to FCA

I contacted the IR and Wenshang but had no reply from either, the drop is one of 2 things a placing is trying to be done or it’s the Spac shorting.

I think they have treated SMD shareholders badly, intentionally? I don’t know jury’s out but due to fundamentals here and assets I'm not prepared to sell my shares unless it’s for a hefty profit. The current SP is ridiculous but it won’t stay like it one day in coming weeks/months this will just do a couple of bags at the moment it’s just offering a great opportunity
