Not really I couldn’t foresee someone selling and lots of stops getting taken out, you on the other hand was posting loads then lost your nerve on the drop and sold bought sumat else that then halved now your posting here about a placing because your new stock has just screwed your over with one. I don’t like to see anyone lose money but please don’t come back here talking your bitterness because it’s embarrassing.

Don’t embarrass yourself anymore than you have go and post on Hemo bb and just think even with this drop yesterday you’d still be 50% up if you’d have held your nerve here and not rainbow chased there

Alamo you sold here at 38p and bought Hemo at 4p and they did a raise yesterday at 2p today it’s sub 2p so I get your a wounded animal but don’t come here with your sour grapes

No Justin has a new strategy that he sets stops losses and takes his profit if it falls back which it did because of the seller, he’s basically finding good companies and trading them based on the chart but he’s open and honest about he strategy so can’t knock him

People expected end of year deal because that was Neil Clarke’s guidance but I thought CT made it quite clear he was gonna take his time to get best deal and I expected it to be around end of Q1 and I still think it will be around this time frame

This is my thinking he comes with experience that should be more respected I get people frustrated with the drop but he knows what he’s doing!

He did an interview where he said he’s more excited joining DEST than he was when he joined GW…

I’d say this is Justin’s first lot of stop losses kicking in if his second lot kick in straight after could see same as what happened in DEST, just like there could provide a great buying opportunity

Alamo are you stupid? My point is clear I’m happy to hold as I don’t believe the fundamentals have changed regardless of the price so if the fundamentals don’t change I don’t care how low it goes not gonna panic sell like you.

In response to you suggesting I’m a gambler I said If something happens for the fundamentals to change I wouldn’t keep on holding regardless of how low it went.

How can you not understand that?

I would never judge anyone for using stops or for wanting to sell that’s your choice, but don’t try make out like I’m gambling with the price obviously if I became worried I’d sell but my point was this I believe is being taken down so far for few different reasons, big seller, JW stops which a lot of his followers would then have sold and then big seller continuing to sell causing more stops that’s IMHO so I’m not gonna sell because of the price when I don’t believe anything fundamental has changed if I’m proven wrong fundamentally then I’ll make a decision and sell. XF73 news could land any day and the SP outlook changes immediately

Alamo thanks for your concern but ive done very well to now, if the fundamentals change and have a reason to sell then i would buy if you read what i posted im happy with the situation so I'm happy to hold and not put panic stops in like you have. Why would I sell because of the price im not a trader the chart is one thing fundamentals are another.

You have to manage your risk accordingly to how you feel so don’t blame you if your not comfortable with the situation, the way I see it is Tovey is a very experienced CEO of much bigger pharma companies he came here for a reason. He wasn’t out of a job and came here he left Jazz to come here that’s a massive statement. He hasn’t messed anything up a lot of people pee’d of with the RNS because of the drop he’s got no control over the sellers.

Yes it would be nice for an interview or something to clear any doubts up people have caused by the drop but if he didn’t do that in his previous roles why should he start now he’s well respected in the pharma scene so doesn’t really need to be holding nervous investors hands, as much as we would like him to just stop the rot some times you just gotta let it run its course. He could do an interview and the seller just uses it to sell more into.

He didn’t take the job and think I’m gonna mess this up by messing about with M3 he’s done it for a reason, and that will be because it’s a benefit for the company.

I expect a deal update before end of Q1 and therefore happy to hold regardless of how low it goes. GLA

Thing is I’ve been in many of stocks where a seller won’t issue the TR1 until they are completely out the company can’t just issue unless they are notified by the holder

I believe it’s a combination, the seller is causing drops which is then taking out stop losses, which then causes panic selling and then the seller keeps on selling that’s why we are where we are I believe

Nothing is impossible but they have stated a cash run way till Q1 25 and would make no sense to do one down here when it was above 60 for so long.

Looks to me like distressed seller just wants out and I don’t think they quite there yet

He’s got a lot of stick off the back of the last two RNS’s but you’ve only gottta read the comments here to see how highly regarded he was at jazz, he will have a plan and I trust he’ll deliver

Bit crazy really drop massively overdone, when the penny drops that XF73 is the main prize here and then drop was largely due to large holder selling triggering JW stop losses and a lot of his followers then panicking I’m sure many will be buying it back up the assets here are ridiculous and JW himself was saying nothing wrong with RNS only when his stop losses kicked in he changed his mind it’s called confirmation biased you convince yourself you’ve done the right thing I respect why he has stops it’s his strategy but I don’t think anything has really changed from when he first bought except we’ve about 9 months more advanced in talks for the deal

If you listen to taking stock the day of the RNS before he was stopped he said the opposite if his stops hadn’t have been activated he’d be happy to be still in but as they have he’s happy to be out I respect he had his stops but whether he’s in or out means nothing to me

Wouldn’t expect an RNS but a proactive interview they could do

Hindsight’s a wonderful thing in the investing world, I’ve got a large amount from 30-35p yes I wish I’d have took some off the table at 80p but only so I could be buying more down here lol

My advice is wait for the bottom to be confirmed then top up.

Today’s end seemed positive but it does everytime the seller stops dumping until they start again!

I’d like to see it firmly above 55p tomorrow and then a close above 60p.

Thing is when it’s dropping fast easy for people to get spoked and sell I’ve done it myself before but there was nothing in that RNS that warranted any drop never mind one that big! Be greedy when others are fearful!

The story hasn’t changed so as annoying as it is to have the drop I’m not concerned and happy to keep holding! GLA

Because the drop is overdone I believe stop losses were activated due to seller dumping which caused it go into NT, I know JW had a decent amount with a stop loss set around the 50dma I believe could be wrong but I reckon it’s activated his hence the quick drop once it hit around 55

And the fact there is a deal for xf73 coming soon which is still the main play here!
