MrFP as you say you have no idea what the FO may bring, people derisking for Winx? that's 4 plus months away, if I was an investor in the other company I may be more concerned about the timing of the presentation and the fact that is does actually match the well permit application, which as we speak is still in public comments period and unlikely to be approved before the end of November, may be more shares soon?

Saudi will not be wanting a repeat of recent history and Russia very dependent on oil price so lets hope they can produce a plan and then stick to it.

RMP main permit date seems to me very optimistic, depends on what contract terms "main", but we are still in public consultation and it will be unusual if the various agencies do not have comments and queries.
Plus although pre pack of ice roads can begin almost anytime now we will possibly have to wait* for tundra to be opened for winter travel (last year that was February time if I remember correctly) before full construction can begin.
*Special dispensation may be given if adequate snow cover, so hope for snow.

What and who is a tier1 company in the oil and gas industry, looking at the O & J top 150 would indicate that many are almost unheard of and often the results of complex business tie ups, it does not have to be BP, COP, Exxon etc. from what I can see.
Sure many here blithely talking about tier 1 whether taking in part in negotiations or not have only an idea in their head, certainly I am yet to find the definitive list.
Take nothing at face value, few here have worked in the oil industry and most of us know very little. :-)

if someone has a clear definition by resources, production, profits derived upstream etc, I will be all "128066"s :-)
