Chartman I have seen many "level 2" forecasts and promises, even if JEBR have woken up then we still have to sit through ASX(Chi-X) tonight which operates differently to AIM so I wonder what will actually occur.
was surprised at the total lack of activity on ASX(Chi-X) last night but a view that the price had dropped to far for most people to trade could be correct.

Oil tax credits

The Dunleavy administration is proposing to fund an additional $84 million in oil and gas tax credit payments in 2019 and $170 million for 2020.

The money would come via the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority’s “excess funds,” according to OMB Policy Director Mike Barnhill.

Barnhill told the Senate Finance Committee that the Revenue Department did a liquidity analysis of AIDEA’s funds and concluded the authority had undesignated money available.

The $84 million is in addition to a $100 million backstop appropriation the Legislature made last spring to pay credits this year. It would bring the total 2019 credit payments to the statutory minimum calculation of $184 million based on how the department interprets the law.

Bdogg I agree the "nanushuk may be where it's at" but the 500' thick torok offers great potential too, it is a secondary target and I am sure will be tested if cores and side cuttings indicated the worth of doing so.

I agree every FO agreement will be unique and involve lots of negotiation, I have not heard of one that leaked anything sensitive before being signed off.

whilst we all chatter price has moved positively ( not a lot) and AIM volume past 5M.
Lets hope the tone of board will lighten up a little, stay appy.

The only time I have remember DW refer to 50/50 it was in respect of the Icewine HRZ.
Winx will not go into production any time soon so apart from a potential rise in SP if successful ( and unclear how much that would be) the only extra funds would come from us selling our share to other members of the consortium or an outsider (OSH,Armstrong,COP,GMT).
FO is currently targeted at Icewine conventional as far as we know, with hopefully HRZ to follow.

Spiney thanks for comments, I should given a caveat as I had not compared it to the 88E diagram.

HRZ is JV not just DW, no one here knows who made the decisions in respect of heating, fraccing etc. But if it helps you to personalise it that is your decision.
DW is human he gets some things wrong possibly but if you feel so badly either read the company constitution and take action or do a Bev Beaver" and find a share that you can be happy with.

SeaHawk Wed 19:11 I totally agree that had Icewine#2V flowed even a little the situation may be viewed more positively by the market, as to whether we cocked up or not I have not a clue, having no access to all the data or indeed any understanding of it if I had it.
I can only imagine that PB,MM,DW and all the others involved in the key decisions gave their best and did not wish failure.
Just my opinion.
