Good posts this morning, just remember OEL have enjoyed some recent success in the Gulf of Mexico and may wish to strengthen their position there via deals with Hilcorp or W & T, we will find out soon enough.

that was their third well, the previous two Alcor & Merak P & A, two sets of management( the second of which never got a chance to drill) and changed from shale to conventional. GBP got stuffed by the changing economic climate in Alaska but Galvin knew the risks of total dependency on exploration credits. Early days yet for Alkaid even if a promising start.

YY Not sure if GBP gave away all their assets, yes they got them cheap but even PANR described it as a 51:49 merger, as for your comments about DW - Icewine#2V was a JV well, doubt that DW had very much technical input into the drill, the results of the second flow test was probably pre ordained by the original frac.
