Minskd if negotiations are incomplete I can not see either party agreeing to what you are saying, just imagine the repercussions if the "naming" led to a mad dash for shares and then the deal subsequently did not come off, do not think DW or any potential partner would want to be involved with possible claims of creating a "false market"

timing are indicative and represent the companies best view at that time, remember we are hopefully the minnow in any negotiations.

on the subject of peccadillos how many home buyers here have had solicitors attempt to screw them with unnecessary indemnities and advising clients not to proceed until the seller has purchased, I am not saying this is happening in our case but there is so often someone who is not content to just do the job.

DW unequivocally stated he current state of play in the ANN/RNS dated 20th March, 2019, whether it runs beyond Q1 means nothing, I am unsure what posters backgrounds are but negotiation timetables do not always "keep", buying a house in England often takes much longer than any reasonable person would expect due to unforeseen issues of all natures not least the peccadillos of some in the system.
By it's nature the deal the Company is negotiating is a whole lot more complex, it's not only 88E, Bex are also involved, plus I have no doubt we will need agreement from DNR/DOG.
We will have to be patient,making spurious claims will not improve anything.
