surely any condition precedent will only be performed after a legally binding document inclusive of those CPs is signed, after all DW ( and perhaps Michael McFarland) will not institute transfers of w.i. before they have receipt of the third parties legal commitment.
So surely signing of agreement could come any time, it will not be dependent on the performance of any CP, if the CP was already performed why bother.
Look at the example that was given earlier today, the claimed CP could not have happened until after the sale as it related to capital gains.
Performance of the contract will be dependent on the satisfaction of and CPs.

Jiddy perhaps those not committing understand that even at 1.5p - 2p they might be getting a bargain if the FO announcement is liked by the market, so will hope to get in early enough to be able to earn on a spike or possibly hold at a profit, with three markets involved and the strong possibility of a trading halt in the SH could get interesting and a few may end up disappointed - I hope :-)
I agree with you that deal (whatever it is ) is almost certainly secured.

All we can do is wait, amazing how a bit of levity and or blue sky thinking attracts those out to create a bit of friction.
I still can not comprehend the thinking of those who claim to be invested yet pop in just to knock the project, the Company, the BOD and those posters exhibiting positive tendencies, why would you not keep quiet and let the "ramping" fraternity do their work and hope for a positive SP move or indeed if they feel so pessimistic about the companies prospects just move their money to another share where they feel prospects are better.
Or do they not believe what they are posting?

Bits assumed 0.04 was 4p, not that you bought at 0.4p, easy to get figures wrong , based on what you say you should be very relaxed :-)

I do not like it when the grammar and spelling police pop up, not everyone's first language is English and not everyone has had the benefit of a classic 3rs education, certainly I did not partly due to illness and also leaving school at 15, couple that with internet and web foibles plus the dreaded predictive text and anyone can fall foul of the rules of spelling and grammar, almost all posts can be understood and on a BB that should be sufficient.
We are not drawing up contracts here :-)

crumble thanks for reply, been here since TPT days have traded on spikes and been lucky, still have a substantial number of shares, not invested in any other AIM shares and would probably not do so again, though never say never etc.
Why am I still here because I still believe that there is a good opportunity here, no one knows what the terms of the FO will be or indeed who it will be with, I am prepared either way.
