There is no logic to the "being in the red" argument, it will cost a couple of commission fees potentially and the spread on the share you buy into, pick your moment and you may reduce that.

10:16 my son in law (invested here in small way) is an oil Geologist for a Tier1, he has two brains and is slowly moving up the ladder in a big outfit, wonder what his linkedin cv would look like if he had one, difficult to judge a book by it's cover.
I have made no comment as his abilities I do not know the guy and I am not experienced or qualified in his disciplines, sure DW would not bring on board someone who offered no value.

trades across 2 main markets, ASX & chi-X matched markets, AIM with MMs, if the MMs are unwilling to trade because of lack of "buys" they will make share illiquid so shares are being traded bought and sold in larger volumes than for a while..
Ultimately not the volumes I would like to see but many just like me have their "max" and are deciding to hold tight, what has held the price back the FO? No its the fear of a CR and that is built into our SP already to a great extent.

10:18 of course there is a bit of truth both ways, S4K is wrong in using the word "most" but trades whether buys or sells were all falling the negative side of Mid Price, some buys have been flagged as sells incorrectly.
Whether the SP has been drifting down or not is not really relevant in my opinion, I am always staggered that the buy / sell flag is taken seriously particularly on a penny share, the MMs can flick the bid and ask to widen the published spread and hence mid price at any time.
