understand the history of the company, it's JV partner and be grateful that DW pursued a policy of building the conventional assets against the views of many armchair experts on the boards, Area A AEA & Bex still retain 100% of the unconventional asset which many here invested for.
We are a junior exploration company with limited funding that needed a partner, not sure if a better deal would have come from anywhere else.

Smokin since 22/08/2019 (FO announcement) I reckon 450 million shares have traded, remember probably ~50% of those are buys.
So that is ~ 7% of shares traded over last dozen days (ASX,Chi-X & AIM), so not sure if we are seeing as much trading (selling and buying ) as some might like you to believe.
Total above includes at least one Bed & ISA.

read between the lines, constant reiterations of the same point over and over, a few weeks ago was intending to be here until the end, mixed portfolio this a small part of that so not life or death.
Amazing stuff from someone still invested supposedly, just talking the share down using increasingly hysterical language, we all know the financial position, its detailed in the Q2 report, let DW and AG get on and sort it, they has done it before he will do it again.
After all they have just taken on a new employee who I assume has been sold " a future", unless they are complete berks why would they do that.
This is par for the course with a junior explorer with no oil to sell, that again is not a secret.

BH not sure about today but MMs seem to have started the day with a very low "bid" price that has resulted in a lower mid price, once trading has started then usual service has resumed, why they have done that I am unsure, have they picked any shares unsure, are stop losses set "on the hour" eg. 0.75p, 0.7p,0.65p not sure.
Could be a way of getting cheap shares to build an order, ifs it's possible etc.
There are one or two posters who may be able to answer with authority I think.

Disclosure on Director holdings is different to relevant interests disclosure.
Every Directors deal in the companies securities is liable to disclosure irrelevant of no. of shares involved. (guidance note 22 ASX rules)

No idea at moment how quickly would be paid.

The drill is fully funded does that include AEA Operators input or not? what I am saying is if Erik is meeting State Officials, Rig Supplier etc. does his time get charged to the $23M, I do not know, I have not seen the contract however could take some pressure off - not mega bucks probably.
In Q3 we will have had to pay ~ $80K for lease 393872

yes we at lease have a bank balance and projected Q3 spend.
If directors acquire shares via any method they would need to declare I think.

A haircut figure has been suggested depending on credit value, how long owed etc. 7 -10% but I do not know what would be applied to AEA.

However we did recently see another junior oiler (penny stock) have an institutional declaration, that goes against much of the perceived wisdom on the bulletin boards.
So if it's not impossible it's possible, I keep an open mind.

Islayman if I believed a CR was coming at 0.6p (or less according to some it seems) I would sell all my shares here and now and then would I utilise my "democratic" right to post negative thoughts about the company, its prospects, the BOD and in particular DW ,the abilities of new members of staff and other posters to try and ensure a nice easy entry (or rentry) point. Even giving plaudits to other shares??
Of course for some that action may be difficult as I really wonder if they have any shares, I mean its easy to claim 4m,6m,8, 10m isn't it!
You are right to read between the lines and assume the worst, that is pretty well what I do with many, many posters.

All sorts of things can happen, we may have staged payments that may not reflect just costs as and when incurred?
No I don't know, no one here knows!!
A few here may have management and or a bit of O & G experience but not sure if anyone has negotiated a FO with a drill involved.
DW is no fool, he is heavily invested here and if we NEED working cash he will organise as best as he can, the nearer we get to the drill the better possibly, but perhaps less risky earlier!
Sounds like manna from heaven for those with spare cash.
