ST we are returning to the HRZ in ~20-25 weeks time when we take pressure cores from the HRZ during the Charlie-1 drill, those pressure cores will be sealed and contain all gases & liquids, Charlie-1 is effectively the third HRZ drill in that respect.

What posters believe about 88E, its BOD, its projects and ultimate chances of success are often immaterial , agenda and short term motives will steer content of their posts.
Sad to say but there are a lot of the disingenuous on this and other boards.

There are a few posters who claim to have regular conversation with DW, they may wish to ask the question but I suspect I know what the answer will be based in particular on past Q & A.
Life ain't fare, if and when a CR is announced it probably be in Australia first so by the time the market opens here what is going to happen to the SP will have happened already.
I do not know how the Premier deal has been struck, does it mean our overheads are vastly reduced, I do not know when the SOA tax credits may be repaid and how much of a haircut will be involved, it's obvious that without cash nothing good happens but I really do question the motives some posters.
If Charlie-1 is a "proven" then DW will be able to raise funds, we will not go broke so why the worry :-)

YOU have the Q2 statement which gives balance at mid year and projected Q3 spend, surely you do not expect DW or any CEO of any company a broadcast as to when a CR may occur, as Spinefx has said it's not rocket science and most of us here can read and also most of that "most of us" have some business experience ( that may be a surprise to some).
H1 report soon, Q3 in October will be next updates, if you are so worried about the possibility of a CR then derisk.

based on your reply we may be waiting until Feb - March time when those pressure cores are extracted, unsure what samples are available and doubtful if they would be as fruitful or reliable as "fresh straight out the can", if it takes until Charlie-1 then so be it.

Surely that is the point of modern 3D, Seismic inversion, FIB-SEM, Hawks and regional drill analysis + Baker Hughes analysis , we probably do have a very good idea of where the sweet spot and where to drill is but getting further data from Charlie-1 is no bad thing. As far as I am aware DW has not said we do not know the extent of the HRZ just that lease 392302 falls just outside it.
If a deal done for HRZ in H2 (what is left of it) I would be surprised, pleasantly but surprised.

D45 I believe there is no further appeal, however there is no certainty how long the judges may deliberate after the oral argument is completed, the case has been "expedited" so is by normal standards is in fast track mode.

10:01 DW has announced via ANN that the FO relates to conventional only and that we have retained full rights to the HRZ so no doubt that is the situation.

09:47 well we have the conventional FO, the negotiations for HRZ can run alongside and as Moneyhawk says I am sure there are precedents in any case.
Makes you wonder what valuation was put on HRZ in our FO negotiations.

I am sure DW will not give any advances on strategy other than what has been publicly disclosed, must admit I m not sure how the conventional / HRZ situation is resolved when it comes to working interests, as far as I am aware they normally relate to surface acreage, could be some complex contract involving depth / stratigraphic columns, any ideas after all Premier have paid for us to drill to HRZ depth.

HTH have you actually calculated how much of DW's salary has been invested into 88E shares, forget the $900K c**p some spout, a lot of that was in options that had DW bought he would have paid well over the market price.
Icewine#1 & #2 we have a jv partner you can not stoke all the blame on one man.
Winx most thought a good idea at the time ( be honest), DW did not decide on well position a partner company did.
mistake have been made but no one is perfect and many decisions including the western fairway leases, ASRC & GBP look increasingly sensible.

Phron good reminder about H1/2019 report as you say due any day, will include significant events after end of H1 that have occurred may answer some questions may not.
pbody 4-5 years ago this industry hit the absolute rocks if I remember correctly, some here predicting years of $20 BBL, have we reached peak oil yet ?not according to a lot of pundits, oil has years ahead and majors will be maintaining reserve: production ratios for a while yet.

believe SOA has a procedure in place to release bonds but how quickly is an unknown ( at least to me).
doubt that Brevet loan will extended although should see some funds after all cleared.
