17:53 just think that the trading slowed down almost coinciding with the MM's dropping the SP slightly, hour by hour after 12:00 still remained at 8-10 trades per hour but volumes lower than earlier today.
Think we are still a p.i. share, perhaps traders put off once the SP momentum slowed and others saw rainbows elsewhere, but so many factors.

17:42 Cossie DW will not get carried away, but he has every right to feel confident after all this is an appraisal of an existing discovery, verified with modern 3D and seismic inversion and perhaps most importantly independently valued by PMO, previous wells have in reality been science (2) and one conventional analysed by OEL.

first conventional drill on Icewine for AEA, suspect this is a target that is as near a certainty as is possible, appraisal well based on historic discovery plus modern 3D, plus seismic inversion (utilising malguk#1 well data), as Premier have said in their presentation - we know the oil is there!
We do seem to be on a bit of a publicity surge at the moment, hang on to your hats :-)

17:47 when it comes to SP most posters views are tinged by where they are in the investment cycle and or their investment history here, I am open minded as to how the SP may progress and do not think that we are restricted to the audience that we have had to date, think the Premier FO could bring a lot of new investors realising that on success potential returns will be greater at 88E than PMO, like you I would set no limit on potential SP growth ( within realistic levels).

Yes a spud may not cause the excitement of ten years ago but we have a new audience in PMO investors who may fancy a shot here, guess you view may depend on where you are in the investment cycle.

Premier feel they have an advantage in that three of their non execs have worked for BP and two of those have direct experience in Alaska, this no gamble for them.

10:44 we have done the analysis this time (almost certainly in conjunction or at least vetted by with PMO), utilising up to date seismic inversion analysis rather than the Stolt migration techniques used by OEL at Winx.

What Winx did demonstrate was the ability of Erik Opstad to get the job done to plan and budget.

10:04 there will be some very hard nosed analysis of the drill via online logging, cuttings, pressure and gas analysis etc, if commerciality exits in the formation then I am sure it will be taken advantage of.
We will have utilised well log data from historical wells eg Heavenly and of course Malguk#1 when completing the seismic inversion analysis to ensure the best possible location plus always remembering that Premiers primary focus is the Torok.
