just take it for what it is, any one who takes a brokers analysis seriously and in isolation probably deserves what they get, Cenkos have put their name on it.

because a middleman (MM) get's between every buy and sell.
AIM reports the sell to the middleman and then the middlemans sell to the ultimate buyer.
So a trade of say 100,000 shares get reported twice.
in ASX (Chi-X) its a matched market with no wholesaler so that 100,000 would be reported just once as a trade at what ever price.
That is my understanding.

if the bonds process happens we will take a haircut of ~7% for fast payment, so I reckon US$2M in the bank and no more interest payments :-)
If bond process does not work then SOA will pay at least the legal statutory minimum each year (plus possibly a bit extra) so debt will decline and end over 3-4 years (last forecast from memory).

968M traded since 12/09 (40days), in prior 40 days 487M so could possibly have seen the rump moved now, if I remember correctly 475M went to none shareholders, the balance to existing shareholders will the latter have held?

11:27 I have made an assumption as to id of journalist.

goldstinger original court decision in respect of bond programme was positive, this was appealed and oral arguments heard 12/09, the case is now "ripe for decision", as the case has been granted "expedited" status it is expected that a decision will be made asap, however we can not forecast when that will be, the journalist that jiddy referred to is well connected so it was reasonable to accept the original November date, however more patience needed it seems.

Jiddy we need lots of buys and that has to mean sells, poster has combined a few trades to make a point he(she) feels is important just for balance :-)

DW has stated he expects w.i. transfers to be effected in November, activities relating to removing the 60% of the leases from the BOA(Brevet) security have already happened and probably a necessary preliminary before the w.i. transfer.

based on the volume of trades over similar periods pre & post the 12th September it would reasonable to assume that a lot of the placement shares have now been trade.

I am wary of stop loss in AIM only because sure tree shakes do happen and in any case if there was a catatrophic fall the share would become illiquid and probably fall past the stop loss trigger.

Sure Cenkos if challenged would produce a rationale for how they reached those figures, would be based on "best situation" I am sure on all the key factors so best to take with a large pinch of salt .
My focus now is on Charlie-1, do not now see news on HRZ, Western Blocks or Yukon beforehand although that does not mean nothing happening in background.
A positive decision in respect of the tax credit bonds prior year end would be a nice Xmas present for us putting potentially a couple of million US dollars into our accounts and more importantly getting rid of interest payments , lets hope those judges get cracking.
