my original post that started this vein of discussion was meant to be more about those that appear during periods of price movement, often post heavily and then disappear completely or come back to tell how clever they have been to buy in cheap and get out richer (" the worms crawl in, the worms crawl out, they go in thin they come out stout").
I can absolutely understand why long termers get frustrated, bored and finally give up on the board, it's only my stupid cuddedness that keeps me here at times.
