14:20 personally took little notice of the Cenkos note, as for selling are you looking at the price of the trade or the colour, buy /sell flag's accuracy all depends on how accurate that mid price is. for large part of the day too high so buys and sells both fell on the negative side of the fence. what will happen will happen, the ice road construction is on going and in any case spud will happen around mid Feb I am sure as per plans.
All sorts of reasons why news flow may not follow what posters need think is logical or indeed fits in with their plans and agendas.

last year ice road news on 6th Jan, permit to drill approval on the 11th Jan, spud on the 15th Feb.
Ice Road Update would be logical to me , but its very much a case of what DW & possibly PMO want to do! :-)
