go back to the Winx drill and we received news of the Ice Road on 6th Jan 2019 and then news that the Final Permit to drill was approved on the 17th Jan, 2019 , the final permit to drill is always close to rig move/spud date it seems.
The operations approval suggests that water use and DOT permits in place, plus of course we had the 2017 ice road permit approved.

Anyone with serious O & G investment experience would look at our history and realise this is the very best opportunity we have had to achieve success, a conventional appraisal well of an existing discovery backed by modern 3D with seismic inversion and Malguk#1 data and all verified and checked by PMO who have put US$23 into the pot NOT an unconventional scientific well and NOT a well positioned by another JV partner utilising older (outdated?) analysis.
Past history will not count for much apart from the fact that Erik Opstad has come in on or below budget on all drills.

think it is almost impossible, I suspect an upwards trend until spud at least but you have to make your own mind up as to what your strategy is to be.
In 4 posts we have 2.5p, 3.5-4p and a none committal, none are wrong it's just not easy to predict.
Apart from anything else a couple or three rainbows elsewhere on AIM could impact, particularly if they go sour :-(

conrad02 published buy/sell figures are not to be trusted, for a lot of this afternoon buy and sells fell on the positive side of the mid price (so everything blue) , you could argue that the mid price should have been moved to correct the inaccuracy but its what it is and do not think those responsible will listen to us poor P.I.s. :-)

we have tested the price today and it seems strong, interest based on volumes and trade frequencies also looks good.
ASX market depth shows very strong demand (12M) at 2.4c but hardly any shares (0.6M) at 2.5c, so will we see trading at 2.6c?
Any positive news should provide a fillip.
