I wonder if the flow test was positive whether we would see PMO teaming up with another party to ensure infrastructure was fast tracked.

15:00 PMO have done a lot of planning already and seem to think that if oil is commercial they can make it work, they talk about it at last years half yearly, that would include roads, pipelines, processing units etc .
Your question is a big one though and may depend on how bullish PMO a few months can be a long time in oil.

14:34 whether we get updates at each zone will be up to 88E/Bex/PMO, the only definite will be if meaningful amounts of hydrocarbons discovered or an issue that means a major change deviation from plan, look at the updates that OSH give they are an ASX quoted company but they just wrap it up into monthly reporting.

11:48 yes gravel is sourced locally, usually it seems permissions granted with project.
Will be lots of permitting and based on attached will take longer than permitting for an exploration well.
