11:24 under their obligations Market Makers will ultimately have to take shares back, however they can delay quotes and of course drop prices dramatically , we are in the 88E bubble but wonder how much business is being transacted between Market Makers and OTC brokers on other shares , just thinking the bigger picture will trump all.

Have looked at "ii" site and it's not crystal to me as to whether OTC is covered and would a W-8Ben form be needed to deal even though an Australian company, best advice I can give is your friend contacts "ii" and finds out for sure asap if determined to get on board today.
