15:52 what could be queried is why the "mid price" is not always accurate and can remain so for longer periods than you would think should be necessary, supposedly it is calculated on the basis of on book quotes and orders but how up to minute and accurate I wonder.

The obligation to report threshold crossings derives from Part 6C.1 of the Corporations Act 2001. I do not know, however if your first two suggestion I would have imagined the company would have been obliged to issue notification to the exchange (ASX) as they would have been new shares, so it looks to me like a purchase on the open market.
The whole TOP20 has a different look and balance.

A producer almost certainly North Slope has purchased our tax credits to offset their tax liability almost could be seen as quid pro quo or perhaps a favour for a favour, how much we read into it I am unsure, at the least it's a POSITIVE.
