The short term frustration should not let anyone blind side the fundamentals, the fundamentals are there and we are expanding internationally, the DHSC is no longer our main stream of income, non DHSC sales increased by 20% in H1 and H2 is only expected to increase further. With immunity from the first 2 doses of vaccine running out/low and booster program starting, there is a risk for certain age groups to become vulnerable again and testing to be paramount for the economy and country to continue some "normality"

US expansion and contracts with UNICEF and WHO until summer 2022 along with the latest DHSC contract will generate income. With cases expected to rise over the winter, employers wanting employees to return, schools/Universities back, travel and entertainment industry wanting to pick up - testing demand will be very high! We have the PCR products and having the expected LFT products covers us on both sides of testing. Hospitals are still averaging 7,000 patients a day which is likely to increase over the winter. PROmate is still in demand across hospital trusts.

The dispute etc has been priced into the accounts and written off in the H1 results, so if a loss is announced it is already factored, if we win it will only go up and boost our cash position to £160m.

Can't believe the shares are on offer at 275p with a market cap of less than £200m, with all the negative news out the way and DHSC revenue written off accounts, we are still on track to hit £100m revenue for the year with cash in Bank of £77m as at June end. That in itself is ridiculous and doesn't need a genius to do the maths. Glad to be able to top up :-)

The HNWI can't sell as per the terms of the placing, the SP has not been above 5p for 5 consecutive days in order to exercise the warrant and nor has it been over 7p for 5 consecutive days to warrant exercising the latter fundraiser.
