The market in general is down today, there is no specific reason for Nova to be down.

Agreed, I don't think the DHSC would want the litigation to reach court, not great PR for them nor the Conservative led Government. They've been a shambles after shambles with their purchase of unused PPR kits, cheap Chinese tests, not locking down earlier last winter, their MPs abusing positions and handing out contracts to their fellow Tory pals.

The fact we have been given the latest DHSC contract of circa £5m means the relationship is intact otherwise we would not have been awarded it, I believe the dispute can be resolved amicably by both parties.

Wouldn't be surprised if we see a bidding war starts once dispute has been resolved. We already have good partnerships with the likes of AstraZeneca and maybe Pfizer as we expand in the US...
