It's certainly slow but I don't lie awake at night worrying about this one. Steady as she goes.

With that US court case looming there is a strong probability that the SP is going down before it goes up. There's a lot of unfavourable publicity associated with it and if they lose it could cost millions and enforce a big change in the marketing strategy. Many institutional investors must be wary of the negativity linked with the BOO owners and must be thinking there are more babana skins to come.

Looking at that agenda things that are important to us might get touched on (if not fully discussed) on any of the days. Given that a lot of talking will take place outside the main forum good/bad news could leak at any time. If I have my time zones worked out properly the main activity is taking place through our night-time.

Agree with SC. Certainly hope it is an accurate and honest post.

I think the results are enouraging and the tone of the comments in the report are positive. The reduced liklihood of an equity raise should be a positive force on the SP. Some may have hoped for more positive better news on the dividend front and the SP may suffer for that as people are looking to invest in companies that are resuming dividends.

Unlike some other shares at least this one moves when there is news . I think there is a better chance of good news than bad news and I am not under pressure to sell.

Rahul can bring in someone new, someone he wants, it's all good.

Taking down the posts is a mistake as it just reinforces the notion that the company is failing.

Happy with the RNS. Positive news and outlook but not over inflated.

Great stuff. I didn't do a huge amount of analysis before buying here, I just mentally went through the shops that have survived and imagined which ones I could still see people going into. Worked here and for TED & CARD. Happy Days.

Re: Risk Factors, I meant it a bit tongue in cheek as my eyes were wide open when I invested here. This is my biggest investment and I am hoping to hold long term. Amongst the 20 pages of risks the one that stood out for me was "change to US policy". I think that must be a relatively high risk, anyone have a view on that one?

I read it the same way as you Happy. Some of the credit is sorted but most is not. There is some risk about the take up for the remainder. We will know pretty soon what the market thinks.

Sold yesterday at a 40% loss and put the money in BOIL. The RNS does outline a way forward but for me there is too much uncertainty (risk) over the open offer and the placement. I will keep an eye on how things go here and may buy back later.
