yes, that's what I thought. Formal notification that there is an agreement over the default but now the loan is on crappier terms.

Art doesn't give a monkey's uncle about PI's, that's pretty obvious. I do think his last buy was with genuine intentions and that he is astounded when the market doesn't understand him.
Unfortunately no one in the company seems able to get a grip of him and that probably won't change.
Personally I've been buying as I can't believe we won't see 30 again.

Bit of a roller coaster ride with COPL. If it feels frustrating now imagine where we might be without the new discovery. Perhaps not today but sometime this year it's going to make us happy.
