Bankfool - there is no solution. The company is going under. They will survive, elsewhere, as these creeps do, just like the city boys, many who appear on here. Slap me down, I don't care. I have £80 F'ing quid left from this shambles, so I will insult and hammer who I wish until I couldn't give a t0ss anymore, but if this lot stay, due to backing down and they get their consolidation and placing, then I will do my best to stay on here and stop the newbies getting suckered into this farce of a company. And whatever you state, BOD's etc. do appear on these BB's.

And as for conspiracy theories about posters-of course there are employees, colleagues,friends, directors all with single or multi avatars all over this board and others. Don’t be so naive.

......they can’t just shut the company down, solvent or insolvent, without shareholder agreement. Are we not in the driving seat? Get rid of those two lying t0ssers (IMO) and replace (who with?). Then hopefully move on “if it works”. Not sure but value input from others who may know. May provide clarity for SH’s as I think we would all like to understand options. All angry with good reason. We have all lost whilst those greedy bar stewards lie and deceive and live the good life on our losses. No morales, no nothing. Hopefully we will see them down the soup kitchens soon....but no....they will crawl out of their dirty little holes and “create” another con to rob from the honest. The more I hear from Freddie and Valju, the more the word “scum” seems appropriate. AIM occasionally “creates” but 99pct of the time it “devastates” the lives of the honest.

Those that oppose are traders or invested recently. Hope there is a plan in place, but whichever way, want to see GM go as he is scum and Satu-well maybe she is of use on minimum wage with her supposed knowledge. Anyway Fred and Valju you still have my backing 100pct and if it all goes **** up then so be it - and when those BOD’s hopefully get hit with some of our pain, they also may get hit with a harsh lesson in life-but I doubt it somehow. These type always seem to get away with it!

......get the SP to 0.1p have they got room for a placing and if so how much? Anyone know. I guess even so the placing would have to be done at 0.1p so SP would have to get to say 1.25p?? Just a question based on conspiracy theory!!!

Funny how a while back you were stating “it’s the BOD’s company”. Now “it’s our company”. Odd that!!!

.....for change in this company. Some on here, mentioning no names, but has 100 in it plus an SL, constantly criticise the majority and those that speak for them. Have noticed they have no ideas themselves. No ideas. Makes one suspicious, particularly as they have admitted to not actually holding many shares in the great scheme of things. Where does that suspicion lead too. Connection to company maybe or just desperation? Anyway Valju/Freddie-doing a great job. Let them have their opinions but ideas might be helpful.

.....who comes on this board or advfn and states this is the fault of the SH’s is either:
A) a short term holder panicking over their loss - because they didn’t understand the history of this car crash of a company with these BOD’s in charge.
B) in some way connected to the company trying to change the attitude of the SH’s, which is not going to happen by way of their ramblings. They are wasting their time.

Was that response to do with my query Valju? Confused. All I know is that I can’t sell even if I wanted too and can’t get a response from AJ Bell at the moment. Something isn’t right!

Hi Valju. How can we do another Share Issue with the SP were it is? Probably missing your point, I’m guessing.
