1. They get the yes vote, immediately consolidate and placing. Then get the new investors voting to keep George and Satu and then same old, same old, into oblivion............
2. No vote - into admin, take the IP and start all over again.
What choice is there for the LTH's? Neither is good.
I have to admit that it would be nice to know more about what is going on in the background between the SAG and the BOD's. It's very difficult to make a decision without knowing.
However, there is no getting away from the fact that the company, from a finance point of view, has been terribly run from day one and heads should roll. Also, is there a commercially viable product and how long will it take?
I don't trust them one inch.
From my point of view my investment is next to worthless and if they go bust, I won't really care.
However, if I had a more recent investment, I would take onboard SL100's post from 14:03, push for that, and then run for the hills if it happens.
Or - sell up now and not risk anymore.
As said, just wish I knew more about what communication has been done between SAG and BOD.
