I think we know that Paulie3 is Satu/George. They have been here for 8 years. Only board they comment on. Don’t try and worm out of it. That’s exactly what you were trying to do, otherwise why mention it? The reason I stay here is to try and dampen down blatant rampers like you, although you aren’t the worst I’ve come across, and try to stop new investors being sucked into this pile of ****e. And not trying to be a “saviour” before you say it, but maybe just one, of the many many very angry investors who have been conned by these lifestyle directors. Apart from short term interest I seriously have no idea how you can support these custodians of your investment.

Ok SL100. I think enough said. It’s all about democracy. Brexit wasn’t wanted by many but the majority won as should do. That’s the way it is. If the vote goes for the resolutions I will accept. If they go against, I hope you will accept. We have all made our cases, and just like Brexit the vote will announced and then be delivered in 3 years time #humour

SL100 - so I’m trying to think of an analogy here. You own a second property. It’s run by a management company to let it out for you. Your last tenants have moved out and your property has stood empty for 6 months and hence no income. You decide you can’t question them because they run the company even though you own the property. Bosses of this company get paid a good wage with bonuses even though you are losing money. Is that how you would see it? There response to you “that’s business”. Maybe not the best analogy but they are supposedly managing our investment. They have a duty too.

One last question because this is getting so so boring. Who owns the company? Shareholders or BOD’s? They certainly don’t. Seen how many shares they have? They run the company (into the ground), but we own it. In my case after today’s usual downward move, I now own £88’s worth. Maybe enough for GM to have a semi-decent bottle of red.

Freddy - what’s with the warrants with due respect?

SL100 - with respect. I think before we use the “lunacy” statement we need to see what Freddie is going to tell us about the warrants. He obviously knows a lot more than we do. I’m confused as I assume many on here are. Perhaps just hold back for a bit longer and then we can decide.

Mathsprof. Is that just confirming that the warrants etc. will be consolidated? It’s the way it says “are expected to be adjusted”? As though there is an alternative?

.......Freddie is saying it's to do with cashing in warrants for the big boys. However, Roses is saying that the cheapest warrants are 0.1p, so unless there is a false spiky rise then there are no warrants to cash in. Phew.....confused!!
