SL100 - you do not represent me. I don’t believe you were 99pct down at one point and are a LTSH. If you were as you state you would have been bleating on this website earlier and you haven’t been, based on your chat history. You, like a few others, are trying to manipulate the board to your views for your self preservation. I would rather see the company go bust than other new investors get fleeced. And they will IMO.

But you are attacking Fred’s agenda. And yes it may not help you, but it will help others. So what’s the answer?

SL100 - in any company there are rumours. Many meetings I have been too, there have been rumours put forward as questions to the management/directors of the company. They answer them with courtesy and deny were appropriate. The group have only done the same but there has been no reply at all, just a vague corporate worded email without substance. I’m not in the full know about these rumours, but I’m not sure how you are equating rumours with serious allegations, unless I misunderstand your point.
You may not agree with what Fred is saying but there are plenty who do. You have your own agenda and point of view based on your average and entry point. Many of us are 99pct down (or close) and want some answers to perfectly reasonable questions (and rumours). If they have nothing to hide then answer them. I think also if you don’t listen to the LTSH’s your investment will be exactly were ours are now - close to worthless.

Hi Fred. Whichever way, the guys a manipulative creep. BOD related imo or day trader who’s made a killing out of the investors hard earned. If he’s the latter I expect he’s panicking that they may go under as he’ll lose his opportunities. The reason I think he’s more likely BOD connected is the fact that this is the only company he comments on. Odd bod or should I say odd BOD.

From an Investors point of view it’s been a disaster. Personally I will need £7 post consolidation to just get my money back. That will never happen. If I was in your position now I would run and take the loss you have because the pain will only get worse. Not advice. No positives in this company!

What have they taken notice of? This isn’t the first time they have been pulled up by the SH’s. Did they make any changes last time? I think not. It’s a BOD lifestyle company with very little to offer SH’s.

SL100-remember - as SH’s, we own part of the company as individuals. We do have a right to demand change if the company is not being run in our interests. They hide from that with their arrogance and bull.

Email response from them was a disgrace. No acknowledgement of SH’s concerns just waffle and a veiled threat about the voting intentions. As much as everybody has tried by votes against, I have no doubt they will somehow get the resolutions through. Then consolidation followed by mates rate’s placings and more newbies suckered in on the forward selling. How all this isn’t illegal is beyond me!

PAD004. With due respect to you I understand what you are saying about walking away from conflict but also remember this. When I invested I was taken in by the greed merchants, the rampers whatever words you wish to choose. And yes my mistake? Those who conflicted at the time with my rose tinted specs, I overlooked, because of hope, to some degree/wishful thinking etc. I got it wrong but please no one preach to me that it was my mistake because of lack of research etc. and all that bull****. This market is only geared to the rich/the city types/the lifestyle BOD’s. Us small guys are cannon fodder. Few own up but here you are - my facts. Peanuts to a lot of you but it’s all relative isn’t it? About 140000 shares. Bought for nearly 5000. Now worth 90 pounds. Loads of you rich knobs laughing. Not me for sure. I’m just a pawn in the game whilst they hide behind their city suits living a life. So I am bitter, I am angry but also I have forgiven myself - but I will stay on here and insult and hammer until the BOD give some hope for the small guys.
