The sp was sitting at 3-4p for much of 2020 and now there's a discounted placing at 10.5p you're moaning lth's were not offered discount shares? As a lth you had ample time to have your holding in order before this eventual rise.

Do you think PXC will pay out dividends once Empire is up and running (2023)? I'm not so sure. They have so many secondary projects (red star, cobalt etc) and loads of exploration works that I just think dividends won't happen for years. Be excuses that Empire profits are needed elswhere. I know it sounds snobbery to want dividends - but that is true investment justification case (ask Buffett!) To compound dividends into more stock rinse and repeat.
Jubilee Metals prime example. Raking in profit yet no dividends. Interesting to see what their dividend stance is once copper tailings profit comes in.

PXC have offered existing shareholders a 'placing offer' of 35p/share. For every 10 shares you hold you are offered 1 share at a price of 35p. This has to be approved at a meeting in late March so I guess the offer shares sit there awaiting your instructions (pending approval). You don't have to buy them, but I'll have your unwanted shares at 35p :-)

Just watched the seminar from 23rd Feb... all rosey, no mention of dumping up to 116,207,220 Shares on us :-)

2018 drill results - I only invested in 2020 so not sure about the 2018 drilling campaign. I hear those results were never released. How can you drill in 2018 and not tell its shareholders the results?

AH - He's joined Europa so is he still part of Amur? If he is, then where's the update from the AGM? If he's left... update the website and release RNS as it's missleading investors. You couldn't normally false advertise such information.
For me AH added energy to Amur - it seems like he was doing all the work and if he's left the rest don't know what to do abd are back in a mess.

TEO - on track for December 2020. Slight delay for office proceesing so delayed to Q1 2020. Now we told by Dec 2021... are they looking for a new AH to finish off sorting the TEO? (as the rest of the BoD have no idea what they are doing).

I wouldn't write MKA off. Once REM's are sky high their patented hydrogen based NdPr magnet recycling method (that can be massively scaled up) should be a valuable investment as an alternative in the supply chain. Yes, that scheme is a small pilot scheme at the moment but could grow. With the JV partner the mine is highly likely to reach production with MKA's free carry.

My main investment is in PRE and it's much larger scale to MKA but I do think MKA have a good niche strategy.

Hi Sebol - Fair enough... best to be conservative about expectations. My reasoning was based on your 2019 pre-feasibility result. Since 2019 RE spot price has risen and likely to continue over the next 5 years. Once MKA are in production (3 years from now?) RE prices will be sky high. MKA's BFS will be more impressive than the PFS. In my opinion MKA RBW and PRE will either be bought out by a major miners or oil companies or some will merge to reduce hostile takeover should their CEO's want to go all the way.

Thank you Stebal. Say £150m for 25%, then rutile JV cover costs on projects plus the recycling pilot scheme which could be scaled up once proven commercial... market cap of £300m / £1.50-£2/share (assuming minimal dilution) looks a good target moving into production?

I know. I think you're giving mine contruction costs or something. I'm asking how much market cap value our 25% is worth once production starts excluding other assets such as rutile and recycling.

SuperRoty - So you saying our share is worth £36m going into production? I doubt it's that low or the market cap is already correctly valued right now.

If Talaxis pay for the mine - leaving MKA with 25% free carry... what market cap for MKA we looking at? (Excluding the recycling business) anyone good at the maths?

Wasarunner - What do you consider a fair MC for HZM once the mine is built and ready to roll? presuming the finance deal is average and bearing in mind the second mind is further behind the timeline to production.

Yes, and a nice rise today to get things going. As impressive as PRE is, RBW is making good progress also. Rare Earths is the future.
